So I got one of these and finally figured out the two best settings, so here they are:
Toggle mid, mix knob middle, bit knob 9-10 o clock, crush dial in various positions from there.
Radio toggle on (up), mix knob full, bit knob lowest, crush dial in various positions from there.
Took me a long time to find these settings and they work brilliantly. I am yet to figure out why anyone would ever want to turn the 'bit' knob up beyond 1/4 though, it just generates noise. With the above settings, this pedal has some insanely unique sounds which are very cool.

This pedal is such a killer pedal for shoegaze, indie/alternative rock! Sonicake is one of the most innovative and interesting pedal companies nowadays (:
Edit: that gramophone setting is pure lofi magic 🤤

Sonicake is absolutely amazing. I have the shark and rude mouse and they’re the best pedals I’ve ever owned. Need to get this one next.

Where would you put it on the chain? 😬

There is no hard rules about that, you can experiment at the begining or the end of your change, evaluate the tone and move it back and forth according to your taste.

I was like interesting till I realized it was a clone of the hotone pedal. At least this case is full size and not pink. Probably cheaper too. Don’t get me started on that stupid knob on the top of hotone pedals.

Hotone is discontinued now anyways it seems. I always wanted one, never got one. Been watching this one awhile now.

Is it a better application in the loop or chained at the input ?

Depending on what you want to achieve… for the most part people use it to the front of the amp.
