Ricardo Carnauba VR painting and animation is basically like 2D illustration in 3D. No need to learn traditional 3D. But it all comes down to what you want to learn.
I will make a detailed tutorial about "spawn areas" which are viewing angles in a VR experience. If you want to do camera work for 2D output you'd have to export your content to third party tools and define/animate the camera there.
