Today it's closer to five people paying in for every one person receiving, and that person receiving lives on average 20 - 30 years. So all the trends on the expense side of the ledger are bad. Friends jobs are experiencing the same thing. Next to no applicants, and the few they get expect $50/hr for positions that pay $16-20/hr to start. They had to close down a couple locations after two years or not being able to hire any new people.
