I am going to tell you a simple trick may be you know already
Use of for: for 2 minutes, for 2 hours, for 2 days, for 2 weeks, for 2 months, for 2 years, for 2 centuries, for a long time, for ever
Use of since: since morning, since 2 AM or PM, Since Tuesday, Since February, Since 2002, Since 20th century, since I left school, since the beginning of time...
It means for is used with a period of time
    And
Since is used to refer a specific point in time.
So now I think it is simple to understand for each one of us..

Kaafi safaai sey padhaya gaya hai. 5:09, 7:24, 7:40 mein duration ke saath 'since' ka prayog kiya gaya hai. Vahaan 'for' hona chahiye. For the duration, use 'for', and for specific time in the past, use 'since'. E.g. I have been waiting for her since morning. I have been waiting for her for two hours. Muzhe ye lagta hai ki generally had been jab istemaal hota hai tab pahali activity past mein shuru hoke past mein khatm hoti hai lekin ooski jaankaari koi doosri activity ke start hone sey behatar Pata chalti hai. E.g. I had been waiting for her before the rain started. Aisey sentence sey ye clearly Pata chal jata hai ki pahali activity past mein shuru hui aur past mein khatm hui. Jo bhi ho. Ye mere kuchh points hain. Baaki video to badhiya laga. Bahut Sahajata aur safaai sey padhaya hai. Keep up the good work, Meera.
