Yhwach had his eyes sealed by Ichibe back then. He could've fought him but he wanted the Oul Kings left arm which Ichibe possessed. So he chose to have his eyes sealed for those thousand years in order to retrieve the arm.
we saw the flashback at the time ichibei sealed juha's power with letting his left arm(soul king's) go inside juha. that made juha's eye pupils go to normal. that means that moment ichibei sealed juha's power for infinity (at least ichibei thought as like that but truth was different) the truth was ichibei sealed juha's power but not for eternity. he sealed his powers for 999 years. and at that fight that 999 years is completed and juha awakens his power back again.
the thing about the opening is everyone is saying there are a lot of spoilers which is true but tbh you wouldn't understand most of them.. so I don't think it's that bad
I feel the same way. The only major spoiler for me is when they show Nanao. The others have all been teased in previous seasons. Then again, some reactors tend to overanalyze stuff (especially if they see it during the OP). Therefore, I can understand if some choose to avoid it altogether.

The first episode of part 3 always gonna with crazy banger man the details and seeing my fav villain yhwach with The almighty came out perfectly great start so far. Almighty very dope to see
[Tidbits][Long Comment] - A cool thing the production did was use the recap to play into the "Kaiser Gesang" or the Hymn of the Quincy King, it goes: The confined Quincy King regains his pulse after 900 years. His mind after 90 years. His strength after 9 years. And the world in 9 days. So what they did was have the moment happen 9 minutes into this episode - It's understood that this episode was mostly done and meant to release during the previous season, so some speculate that there could be a separation between the quality of this episode and the rest of Cour 3 given that they made a new branch studio aimed at improving the adaptations Quality. - Uryu's seems to use a Partial Volstanding which takes strong visual resembelence to his former "Letzt Stil" which makes sense given that the Volstanding is practically an evolution of that technique. - Uryu won using a technique that seemingly altered his posistion or circumstance with his Enemy, we saw a similar thing occur in the last season when Yhwach swapped places with the medallion to escape the cage. We can also assume Uryu's ability must be quite strong given that he's also "A" we just don't know what his "A" stands for yet (but the story is giving hints) - Ichibei obviously shares visual ties with Buddhist monks. Buddha reached Enlightenment through suffering. Enlightment allows for a person to ascend beyond the cycle of life and rebirth. I find this fascinating in that Ichibei's technique was meant to remove Yhwach from the cycle, yet he views/uses it as a means of punishment. (It's almost as if he's somewhat of a perversion of what the Buddha is meant to be) - Just a note for anyone confused. Yhwach's power "A The Almighty" makes it so that anything he sees he will "know" and any power he "knows" will become his ally. Those powers cannot be used to defeat or harm Yhwach, which is why he easily beats Ichibei. This power is especially dangerous when you factor in that he can see into the future as well. - Sidenote: In Buddhism it is implied that a Buddha has a limitless life span, I presume Kubo merged this concept with the idea of names so that as long as there are those who know Ichibei he will never truly die. - There are unique circumstances revolving around the 0 Squad and life/death which isn't revealed untill later using light novels (I wont say what because it may be added to the anime) - Sidenote 2: The voice actor for Uryu let us know that we may want to view this episode a few times over and pay attention to what Uryu is doing. (I presume that has some implications as to something unique or special going on with Uryu and his powers/Like what happened with that drop of blood or his eyes turning Red?) - Sidenote 3: Ichibei said, "I don't need you to kill him" fans should definitely question why? and best believe you'll get an answer. [Reposted]
1000+ years ago when ichibe and yhwach had the talk, ichibe was able to avoid yhwach's almighty power due to having the left hand of the SK with him. However, when yhwach took the left hand, ichibe also sealed yhwach's eyes at the same time. More info will be revealed this season regarding the SK's body parts
Also the reason yhwach regained his eyes again despite ichibe sealing them is coz ichibe sealed them 'until the day he dies' as stated in the flashback. Yhwach basically died against yamamoto 1000 years ago and hence he was in a near death slumber for centuries (the quincy king story) and was able to use his eyes again
19:25 Yeah, you remember it. Ywatch had 2 pupils back then in his talk with Ichibe, and Ichibe pulled out the Soul kings left arm which also had 2 eyes. Ywatch took it from him, but it was rigged and sealed Ywatches power, "The Almighty", which is signified by the multiple pupils. So far, we are only given that its some kind of future sight based ability. "his eyes can now see and know everything that IS ABOUT TO UNFOLD". This time though he pulled out 3 pupils. By the way. did you see how many pupils the Soul king had?
1000 years ago Ichibei sacrificed the Soul King's left arm in order to strip Yhwach of his Almighty power (i.e. the freaky eyes). It's still unclear how he was able to regain it back. It could be due to the Kaiser Gesang (Emperor Song) which states that the Quincy King regains his power after 999 years, or it could be due to something else I won't state for now cos it's manga spoilers. But even in the manga it was never truly explained. Hopefully we will get some clarification in the anime.
Huge Respect on Yuha, he let Ichibei to finished his Ritual and dance moves before delivering the One Tap Fatality 😂 Yuha really Neutralized Ichibei's Ulti and make the Animation of Mauseleum of Skulls wasted 😂
Here are the most powerful Quincy abilities: 1. The Almighty 2. The Visionary 3. The Miracle P.S. The Almighty is already op with its ability to see the future, but there is one more application to it that makes Yhwach too powerful for the verse. You'll see😆
If you remember in the last two episode of cour 2, Uryu switched Yhwach's position with a thrown medallion so that Yuha could reach Ichibei. He basically did the same thing with Senjumaru but it might've been enhance since he had his Vollstandig active, even if it was unstable
Could you guys react to bleach 20th anime anniversary official trailer video? They use the current animation with old scene from bleach its amazing. People want a remake after watching it.
@StruckByBelz In the Ichibe Yhwach flashback, you mentioned, Ichibe uses the soul king's hand to seal away "The Almighty" so Yhwach's eyes. The Yhwach we see in season 1/2 has indeed his eyes closed (meaning he cant access his natural 3 pupils = his power). And that time He couldnt use the Almighty to kill Ichibe because the Almighty DOESNT work on any of the Soul King's body parts. Thats the only weakness. Its also why Yhwach lost to Yamamoto 1000 years ago. His "Almighty" was sealed away by the soul kings arm, Ichibe used. If Ichibe didnt have the arm back then, he would have gotten killed by Yhwach
Just wait for the rest to come! As a Manga reader, I'm not going to spoiler what's to come, but as a Manga reader, I can tell you a lot of material in this episode is all new to us, stuff Kubo didn't have time or room to add. In the Anime, Uryu vs Senjumarua is all new for all Bleach fans. And the scene where Yhwach is making stairs is new too, the animators showing off for us.
Does anyone notice that the recap is 9 min, and the moment it ends, bro regains his power, meaning the 9 years are up, either that was planned or just a coincidence
I don't know if that was Uryuu's vollstandig or not...he has the wings but he was missing the halo. That eye sparkle could have something to do with the Kaiser Gesang.
I think it was basically and early form of his vollstandig cus this is only a very short time after receiving his power so he hasn’t had time to master it at all. But it was clear that he was using his schrift to defeat and swap places with Senjumaru and ye basically had an incomplete holy form.
Ichibei did strip Yuha of his eyes but a thousand years ago Yuha and Ichibei was trying to handle the conflict between them more civil than now which is why Yuha didn’t outright kill him or try to kill him
The only thing that might save Goku is the fact that both stories show that if you have more power (ki and reitsu respectfully) than your opponent you can cancel their techniques/hacks. And trust me, they will argue Goku is stronger, especially the Goku=Outerversal ones. And as long as we don't have definitive proof that the three worlds are separate full universes, the DBZ>Bleach people won't accept any other conclusions. Especially the aforementioned Goku= Outerversal
The Almighty literally makes Yhwach immune to ki projection. He can also see into the future so he knows every punch and kick that will ever be thrown at him. He is outright immune to most conventional methods of combat. Period.
@@matthewgilroy8701 Incorrect. Read my comment again. I said Juha killed Yamamoto with his eyes still closed after he returned from his meeting with Aizen. The sternritter lost against Yamamoto. He was the R of Royd Loyd. It was NOT the sternritter that bodied Yamamoto lol
If you notice and look at the soul kings eyes they are the same as yhwachs “almighty” eyes but he has 4 pupils making it look like a + sign and yhwach has 3 he clearly inherited his fathers eyes but there is a difference in their powers marked by how many pupils they have implying soul kings almighty is much better then yhwachs, also yes there was a flashback in the previous cour of bleach in that flashback ichibei sealed yhwachs eyes until his death in return yhwach took one of the soul kings arms which was in ichibei possession at the same time, since yhwach died by yamamotos hand a 1000 years ago he got his eyes back, one last thing the reason yhwach didn’t fight ichibei and them 1000 years ago when he still had his eyes is because he was much weaker back then. one of the main plot points of cour 2 is that yhwach gets stronger over time by absorbing everyone’s souls and powers, back then his almighty eyes only had 2 pupils meaning it was much weaker then his current almighty ichibei could’ve killed him anytime he wanted even with his eyes but he spared him hoping he would redeem himself and stay out of their way
Honestly I think they would have put up a better fight if squad zero never sealed off their own power, imagine being so strong you that to seal away your powers by tying your power to the life of your friends….naaaaah we just gonna have to let the world shake because boiii you not catching me lacking
So Yhwach didn't have the eyes during the war that happened thousand years ago. The reason for that is Ichibe took away his eyes in exchange for the Soul King's left arm.

Nothing really important to watch from the trailer honestly.
@@boboyo3140 what ?!? It’s the remaster version of all the iconic moments in bleach O: !!! Also are they hinting on redoing the entire bleach series ?
@@ChrisPaz-c4v as of right now they aren not hinting at anything, specially not a remake of the ENTIRE show. People are just coping with this
@@boboyo3140 gotchu lol their are sooo many TikTok videos about it lol 😅 thanks
we saw the flashback at the time ichibei sealed juha's power with letting his left arm(soul king's) go inside juha. that made juha's eye pupils go to normal. that means that moment ichibei sealed juha's power for infinity (at least ichibei thought as like that but truth was different) the truth was ichibei sealed juha's power but not for eternity. he sealed his powers for 999 years. and at that fight that 999 years is completed and juha awakens his power back again.
The Scariest part of Almighty was Even Juha was asleep someone can have an access on this shit 😂
Ywach one shotted Ichibei and he didn’t see it coming lol Uryu schrift is broken too and almighty is the most op thing ever
Peak IS BACKK
the thing about the opening is everyone is saying there are a lot of spoilers which is true but tbh you wouldn't understand most of them.. so I don't think it's that bad
I feel the same way. The only major spoiler for me is when they show Nanao. The others have all been teased in previous seasons.
Then again, some reactors tend to overanalyze stuff (especially if they see it during the OP). Therefore, I can understand if some choose to avoid it altogether.
Seeing characters pop up in the opening that haven't been shown yet isn't spoilers? Ok 😅
@@Keyshawn13 Literally the only character you're talking about is Grimmjow which he has already been teased enough to where basically everyone who has watched the show already knows it's him
Jugram & Bazz B clashing 💀 yes it is spoilers
@@Meepie_Playz Bazz B has already said he wants to join the soul reapers and help kill Yhwach in cour 2 when Yhwach used the aushwalen so it really isn't that much of a spoiler
happy to see yall back for bleach reactions thats what im here for
This is why BLEACH is my number ONE of all times since many years now
The first episode of part 3 always gonna with crazy banger man the details and seeing my fav villain yhwach with The almighty came out perfectly great start so far. Almighty very dope to see
[Tidbits][Long Comment]
- A cool thing the production did was use the recap to play into the "Kaiser Gesang" or the Hymn of the Quincy King, it goes:
The confined Quincy King regains his pulse after 900 years. His mind after 90 years. His strength after 9 years. And the world in 9 days.
So what they did was have the moment happen 9 minutes into this episode
- It's understood that this episode was mostly done and meant to release during the previous season, so some speculate that there could be a separation between the quality of this episode and the rest of Cour 3 given that they made a new branch studio aimed at improving the adaptations Quality.
We can also assume Uryu's ability must be quite strong given that he's also "A" we just don't know what his "A" stands for yet (but the story is giving hints)
- Ichibei obviously shares visual ties with Buddhist monks. Buddha reached Enlightenment through suffering. Enlightment allows for a person to ascend beyond the cycle of life and rebirth.
I find this fascinating in that Ichibei's technique was meant to remove Yhwach from the cycle, yet he views/uses it as a means of punishment.
(It's almost as if he's somewhat of a perversion of what the Buddha is meant to be)
- Just a note for anyone confused.
- There are unique circumstances revolving around the 0 Squad and life/death which isn't revealed untill later using light novels (I wont say what because it may be added to the anime)
- Sidenote 2: The voice actor for Uryu let us know that we may want to view this episode a few times over and pay attention to what Uryu is doing. (I presume that has some implications as to something unique or special going on with Uryu and his powers/Like what happened with that drop of blood or his eyes turning Red?)
- Sidenote 3: Ichibei said, "I don't need you to kill him" fans should definitely question why? and best believe you'll get an answer.

Yhwach revealing the soul king is his father: 😒
Aizen having 2s screentime: 🤩
I don't think the intro and outro contains heavy spoilers .... They just hype you up so much especially aizen 🔥🔥
It's still spoilers...
It's FULL of major spoilers lol
I mean u can't derive anything from it 😅
1000+ years ago when ichibe and yhwach had the talk, ichibe was able to avoid yhwach's almighty power due to having the left hand of the SK with him.
I love how they animated the all mighty power
We back baby 🔥💯‼️
Huge Respect on Yuha, he let Ichibei to finished his Ritual and dance moves before delivering the One Tap Fatality 😂
Yuha really Neutralized Ichibei's Ulti and make the Animation of Mauseleum of Skulls wasted 😂
These upcoming bankais function like domain expansion....
Here are the most powerful Quincy abilities:
1. The Almighty
2. The Visionary
3. The Miracle
P.S. The Almighty is already op with its ability to see the future, but there is one more application to it that makes Yhwach too powerful for the verse. You'll see😆
@@jewelabyss X-axis and balance on par with them there
If you remember in the last two episode of cour 2, Uryu switched Yhwach's position with a thrown medallion so that Yuha could reach Ichibei. He basically did the same thing with Senjumaru but it might've been enhance since he had his Vollstandig active, even if it was unstable
Next episode should reveal what Shunsui is doing in Muken + a bit of what actually happens to the Soul King.
the wings of uryu it seems, he just awake his vollstandig for the first time
I'd argue Ichigo's reaction during the recap is moreso expressing his worry towards Uryu, but hey :v I suppose it's up to interpretation
This will be a peak winter with bleach
This cour will be crazy, cant wait for the next ep🔥
Just wait for the rest to come!
As a Manga reader, I'm not going to spoiler what's to come, but as a Manga reader, I can tell you a lot of material in this episode is all new to us, stuff Kubo didn't have time or room to add.
In the Anime, Uryu vs Senjumarua is all new for all Bleach fans.
And the scene where Yhwach is making stairs is new too, the animators showing off for us.
He only striped Yhwach power because at that time he had soul king's left hand....that later exchanged with Yhwach for sealing his Almighty.
10 minutes of recap is crazy for a first episode
12:25 Ichigo had those same eyes when he was trying to complete the final part of Squad 0's training.
Ichibe is essentially immortal
Damn! How i love Bleach.
Does anyone notice that the recap is 9 min, and the moment it ends, bro regains his power, meaning the 9 years are up, either that was planned or just a coincidence
Studio Pierrot confirmed that 👍
I know Ganju is ready with his pocket sand
BLEACH IS BAAAAAACKKKK
We are finally back! And what better way to start Bleach than to introduce the most powerful ability EVER! THE ALMIGHTY! 🙌🏻🔥
We're baaaaaack!!!!! The best Bleach reactions
hmm no reaction on how ichibei did that and no hit on how JJK author had inspiration on that haha
9 minutes of recap into Ywachs awakening. They knew what they were doing
I don't know if that was Uryuu's vollstandig or not...he has the wings but he was missing the halo. That eye sparkle could have something to do with the Kaiser Gesang.
@@itskenlang he misses the halo yeah and his wings does look incomplete, but the bell kinda give the impression of vollstandig
I think it was basically and early form of his vollstandig cus this is only a very short time after receiving his power so he hasn’t had time to master it at all. But it was clear that he was using his schrift to defeat and swap places with Senjumaru and ye basically had an incomplete holy form.
Ichibei did strip Yuha of his eyes but a thousand years ago Yuha and Ichibei was trying to handle the conflict between them more civil than now which is why Yuha didn’t outright kill him or try to kill him
BLEACH IS CRAZY 🔥🔥
Squad zero members can’t die. All you need to do is call the names and they will come back.
The schrift "A" the Almighty ............. or should I say, fuckin A man! XD XD XD
us manga readers arent rlly suprised, squad zero may be defeated, but senjumaru already did the damage...literally...😏
Oh you're in for a treat! Aizen
yhwach went and did a jonathan joestar on the dude
Shunsui went to Aizen to ask some tea party ☕🍵
this is where the Yhwach vs Goku debates start rolling in
Yup, not to mention when The Almighty gets explained in detail.
Period.
No lol that’s where the power scaling weirdos came in
He can beat goku but Beerus can just hakai him in future. So yhwach would be erased before knowing it. Hakai>Almighty
The Almighty finally 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Bro is literally hacking. I kid you now he's opening the game files mid battle
Ooh they cliffhanger on a question. Remember he sees all. Take a close look if u want to answer it.
Juha really bodied Yamamoto with his eyes closed 😅
It was a sternritter. Yhwach was meeting with Aizen at the time
@@matthewgilroy8701 Incorrect. Read my comment again. I said Juha killed Yamamoto with his eyes still closed after he returned from his meeting with Aizen. The sternritter lost against Yamamoto. He was the R of Royd Loyd. It was NOT the sternritter that bodied Yamamoto lol
@itskenlang you got that one lil bro. Good looks
Not prime Yama, but still really impressive
@@Manusia.satu1 Would still be nothing to Yhwach
If you notice and look at the soul kings eyes they are the same as yhwachs “almighty” eyes but he has 4 pupils making it look like a + sign and yhwach has 3 he clearly inherited his fathers eyes but there is a difference in their powers marked by how many pupils they have implying soul kings almighty is much better then yhwachs, also yes there was a flashback in the previous cour of bleach in that flashback ichibei sealed yhwachs eyes until his death in return yhwach took one of the soul kings arms which was in ichibei possession at the same time, since yhwach died by yamamotos hand a 1000 years ago he got his eyes back, one last thing the reason yhwach didn’t fight ichibei and them 1000 years ago when he still had his eyes is because he was much weaker back then. one of the main plot points of cour 2 is that yhwach gets stronger over time by absorbing everyone’s souls and powers, back then his almighty eyes only had 2 pupils meaning it was much weaker then his current almighty ichibei could’ve killed him anytime he wanted even with his eyes but he spared him hoping he would redeem himself and stay out of their way
Almighty a fitting name for a ridiculous power probably one of the only powers that would shake me if i was an anime character
They heard peak was back and came back from their trip 😂
What app are y’all using to watch bleach ? I have Crunchyroll and it ain’t showing up on there
seeing how cool yhwach is, i'm rooting for him 😂
well he is the 2nd strongest in bleach verse.
@@hazardEXE27First bring Soul King right
@@jackson0572 yes because SK has 4 iris almighty which ability is still unknown.
Honestly I think they would have put up a better fight if squad zero never sealed off their own power, imagine being so strong you that to seal away your powers by tying your power to the life of your friends….naaaaah we just gonna have to let the world shake because boiii you not catching me lacking
Are you guys planning to watch Uzumaki?
So Yhwach didn't have the eyes during the war that happened thousand years ago. The reason for that is Ichibe took away his eyes in exchange for the Soul King's left arm.
The PEAK is back..🤩
Ichibe did take his almighty i think, that part was not in manga but it would make alot of sense of how yamamoto was able to defeat him
Did you guys drop TOG s2? The lack of direction in that season was kinda breaking my heart, so I would totally understand it, but it'd be nice, if you gave it another chance. So far it looks they prioritized workshop arc and from episode 9 or 10 it is only better and better, so fingers crossed! ( Today's episode even had Bandai logo shown at the start of the season... so it seems they care slightly more now!)
My hero is crying hard rn.
