We recently returned to UK after 20 years in Central America, definitely some amazing rums👍 Enjoying the v85tt we bought on our return. Love the channel.
i am a rum drinker, zacapa 23 is a good rum. 😛De better rums are to good to use mixt with coke or other poison.😌 Cheers Old Guy. Greetings from little Belgium
I share your winter "clean it or ride it dilemma" overcome that by putting the nice one to bed for the duration and riding my ratty (they call it patina these days) Cagiva W12 350, keep it's important bits clean and maintained, and using plenty of ACF-50! It also shared your random electrical shenanigans - eventually traced after much cursing to an earth fault under the tank where wires had been abraded... With you on the red wine by the way!
I think riding is best at the moment as winter will soon put stop to it. ACF50 is really good stuff and wiring is the devils spaghetti. oh well off for a glass of red. Cheers.
I was introduced to `Fundador` Brandy many years ago, (about 40 or so) in fact I just poured one out to join the fun. It is not expensive and goes down a treat neat.
When I was a store manager, my Xmas started in March when I had to pre order my Xmas chocolates. I used to drink Rum and black (blackcurrant, still do occasionally) also like a good port and a decent gin (not in the same glass mind) but your bottle sounds interesting.
There are good rums and bad ones. More bad hastily concocted cheap rums than good ones at least here in the Pennsylvania state stores. Seems like the $25-$30 bottles are mostly good. Some just don’t tickle my tongue though. Merry Xmas to you and the Mrs.
I don't think would have bought this bottle based on what it says it is but having tasted it I have been converted, it really is good. Seasons Greeting to you and yours.
This stuff is way beyond just being a "rum". It is in a class of it's own. I am not much of a rum fan unless in egg nog or perhaps a Myers and Orange Juice. This is like a fine sherry or port or something.
Comes from the first pressing of sugar cane and made in Guatemala. They call it "honey". Going to have to try some while sitting in my shed staring at my Moto Guzzi V85 TT Centenario! BTW, I get my Christmas tree the week before Christmas, and we leave up through the 12 days of Christmas. This commercial starting of Christmas in August is just wrong, sort of like a MG V85TT sitting in the garage on a nice day.
wow sounds to me like you are saying she is totally right! we want sex but would rather get back out in the shed with our bikes??? I don't know about that. Some guys find women interesting, even fascinating?
Women are interesting and fascinating but so are bikes, theres is the problem women don't know why we find bikes so absorbing. There was a seal just very easy to break, I don't think the mic picked up what I said very well.
Stranglers. Golden brown.😂
I'm off for a bottle of that.
Ah the stranglers, thank you, hope you enjoy your bottle as well

Welcome home, I'm sure the V85TT will give you great service.
Salud mi amigo!!! (Cheers my friend!). Don't drink it all in one sitting!
No way would I drink a bottle in one sitting, It is a very good drink that I will enjoy over several sittings, Thank you very much for your kind gift.
Wait until you try the Zacapa X.O. (slightly better than the 23).

Hello Belgium, one of my favorite destinations, It seems to be a divide between mixers and no mixer fans
Yes, it is so, my brother in law always mixed his rum with coke, that’s wy i have a bottle of cheap Havana rum on the shelf 😆@@oldguyinshed1703
This is priceless. I think Count Arthur Strong might have been watching you. New sub and 2014 v7 stone owner. 😊
I am sorry I don;t know who Count Arthur Strong is but he does sound interesting.
That's a bit of quality sipping right there 🙂. Good to see you back
A very good way to spend time in the shed.

One of my Dads favorite tipples, I haven't had one in years.

I really don't want to get into the Christmas spirit until Christmas actually gets here, It really is a very pleasant tipple.
A busy woman is a happy woman.
Problem is that sometimes their idea of busy is to give us jobs we don't want.
