That moment you realize Cloud was never a SOLDIER of any class, it’s just his mixed “memories” from Zack that gives him all his skills and some changes in his personality in general.
That and a shit ton of Mako exposure and Jenova cells
That moment you realize Cloud was already skilled with a sword before CC and you're just projecting. That moment you realize he doesn't need to be in SOLDIER to be better than them.
the moment you realise some people don't know where Clouds power comes from@@SoOnik30
Cloud got sephiroth cells in him that's what powers him up even more than normal since he had no prior genetic mods he observed the cells well but unlike zack he had already mutated with the regular cells aka genesis/angeal cells
It's established that Cloud is already an exceptionally talented individual.
The Mako exposure basically replicated what he would have been through if he had actually signed up for SOLDIER.
He and Zack are both incredibly powerful protagonists. Cloud is not the random nobody that Zack Stans make him out to be.
I just finished the Original Crisis Core about 10 minutes ago and I as soon as the music started playing, I started crying. I was trying so hard to fight back tears but it's just too much. Zack is my favorite character from Final Fantasy 7. My dog had literally jumped up on my lap and started licking my face probably telling me, "It's okay, Dad, don't cry." But Crisis Core is now my favorite game that I have played. I hope you read this comment, Miru.
I mean, Cloud didn't forget. In fact, the opposite is true: in his broken mental state he remembered more about Zack than himself and acted like him.
We all hated this… Zack Didnt deserve this but he Gladly gave his life for his friend
What'a so great about this game is that once you strip away all the action adventure eye candy, you're left with a wonderfully emotional story about characters that feel human and tangible. That's what makes this game feel special from the rest, even a casual player who doesnt keep up or know of the FF franchise (like myself) can enjoy the ride to its fullest.
The original hero of FF7. Cloud finished what he started.
No Cloud finished what he had to finish. Zack is not a hero in the timeline of FFVII. He is barely a mentor.
@@SoOnik30 Except he is.
@SoOnik30 bro, it's sad for me when people only like claud to be hero I guess ? but for me zack the hero of my mind :v ,but ayy glad that still ppl know ff7 oldver
@@SoOnik30 it's because of Zack that cloud made it where he's at. Zack dragged him out of Hojo's lab, he defended him against the whole Shinra army, took down Genesis, and on top of that gave him the experience he lacked as a soldier. He was the real hero.
I dont think so, crisis core is a separate story and it doesnt really put roots on og ff7 story apart from expanding the nibelheim scene which was already in og ff7. Zack didnt really start anything for the actual main story with sephiroth, well apart from saving comatose cloud.
Would you say I became a hero?
He never forgot. The Truama is fucking with him and the Mako stuff they did. Its so embeded into him it hurts him.
that's what trauma can do to you though, it's so painful you'll suppress it and actually forget! not only that along with the Mako poisoning it def wasn't anything he chose to not be able to remember and forget, but it still happened even not by choice, he still forgot.
"Maybe I should have leveled up more"
Considering that I went in with 12k health I'd definitely agree
The emotions are what I love about this game.
I tell ya this was SOOOO WRONG!!! Shinra did this because they marked Zack as "Killed in Action" and they wanted to make sure it stayed that way so the public wouldn't discover they lied about it😠
But now this has been CHANGED at the end of FF7 Remake and we maybe seeing him again soon enough in FF7 REBIRTH hopefully!😁
This story makes FF7 what it is, so, it is not wrong. ITS PERFECTTTTTTT.
@@JoseSantos-wd4eu I DON'T CARE!!! What those Shinra shitheads had done to Zack before here was still just wrong.
@@gibbs615 without that there Will be no history, and You My friend, Will no be discuting this 🤷.
@@JoseSantos-wd4eu Well sorry but I have never liked how they just killed him like that and I'm just glad its now been changed for the better🙄
@@gibbs615 You don't Even know nothing about FF 7, do You? Let me guest You starting playing for the remake.
Too much emotions… even after almost 15+ years (man i feel old).
After replaying ff7 reunion… I got very curious to what happened to Cissnei, im kinda hoping she’s in FF7 Rebirth.
If you played this game with the origional voice actors. The momment hits so much harder. I'm just glade more people got to see why Zack was and still is a great character. I think the fact he's so likable. His death is like reopening old wounds to the older fans.
From dumb friends just wanting to see things made right, to a simple love story, to a tragic end. No matter who you are. You can see the same vibe in the third birthdays ending. I just hope ff7 remale doesnt bring him back so his death means something. Unlike kingdom hearts 3 true ending .
Lmfao
Hits me in the feels everytime like right in the chest. Its not that spicy ramen i promise
I like how she was in denial
I finished crisis core on PSP game in 2008! I don't need to play it again!
But it come with different voice actor. Honesty they should have kept the old one and the graphic look good than psp lol. It basically remastered
@tylerassady9118 if they kept the old one it would've contradicted the remakes
Im glad this game exists to show everyone who worships Cloud just how important and instrumental Zack was and is. The dude is the original hero and not some delusional liar.
I'm not happy Zack's ending! Waaaay too much onion crying!
I feel this. I cried again editing this to upload 🥲
I'm not sure if you already watch final fantasy 7 Advent children!
@@chronolynx360 I have! I even own it on DVD 😂 I actually recently rewatched it a few months ago with a friend on my PS5!
@@mirubuns zack fair was ambushed by shinra thirdclass soldiers zack is sad becuz he won't able to comeback with Aerith on a date becuz he promised Aerith he would come back. and Aerith was worried asf about zack fair
"I can take them all" **proceeds to moan**
The perfect journey to become Hero right
yikes..the "we're friends right?" line hits so much different in advent children than in this game
Honestly the theme you edited into the end over the music hit almost harder
I member Miru playing this :)
The most I've ever cried on stream 🥲
Im not cry for a game and the cutscene in the game i only cry in the real life not for this but its okay for be Sensitive i respect that it
Man Zacks new VA takes away so much from the character. His crazy energy is just gone...
Crisis core is what made Zack my favorite ff7 character
Have question how did you off block scenes on ps5?
Capture card
I cried for two days
Best game ive ever played since the psp. makes me cry every time.
Clouds scream
some compare Zack to a big brother, but it would be more accurate to say, Zack is Clouds "Hero"
I beat final fantasy yesterday and I started crying in the end 😭 why he had to die in the end
I never played the original final fantasy crisis Core so it was pleasant choice when I got to play in the remastered and I actually enjoyed the game play took a little while until frustration but it's a pretty good game and 😄
What you see at the end is what happens when people die in the world of Gaia they disperse back to the lifestream return to energy is distributed to the planet and the creatures that.
Gongaga
GONEgaga 😫😭😭😭
No more Gongaga
*vine boom*
Respeto absoluto 🙌
How is zach alive in final fantasy rebirth
Alternate timeline
Pain 😢
Replaying this makes me excited for seeing Zack in rebirth
At first I didn't really like Zack, he was just a copy of Cloud. Then I played Crisis Core Reunion and completely changed my mind. Zack is a really interesting character, he is full of life, very generous and he has an unfailing will. The wisdom that he lacks so much at the beginning ends up being built through the harshness of events. And we arrive at the last sequence of play, a straight line that I like to compare to something Christ-like with the aim of at least saving one life. What an incredible finale for a character who is just as incredible. He wonders at the end if he has become a hero. Yes Zack, you have become a hero to me.
@@siderth9035 funnily enough, cloud is the copy
@@angelarce9747 When I say copy, it's in relation to Final Fantasy 7. Zack does not have the importance he has in Crisis Core, at least it is little revealed (there are also ellipses of several years). To me, he seemed like a foil for Cloud. Obviously I was a little surprised by the success of the character even if I more or less knew that a game had been dedicated to him. When Crisis Core was released on current platforms, I jumped at the chance and from the first minutes, I understood that I was not going to be bored with such a personality.
@@siderth9035 i meant lore wise, cloud is the one copying zack, not otherwise
I remeber this on PSP over a decade ago... being like 13 and just in full blown denial the entire time.
(EDIT: In the original, it lets you fight and the enemies ramp up in difficulty until you hit 0 HP)
"We've got this. We've handled worse. We've leved to hell and back and maxxed everything. We're unstoppable!"
Memories flash
"No, its fine. Its a near-death experience thing or something"
Enemies intenisfy infintely
"Wait.... wait everything has too much HP... What.. no way"
Zack moves sliggishly while being shot like a fish in a barrel
"But he was the best of everyone..."
Absolutely destroyed me. Cloud was chosen, but Zack was a real Hero.
Ça passe tellement mieux avec price of freedom
I guess the JEnova cells in this timeline had a template to make Cloud strong, and in the Zack wins version, Cloud stays weak.
19:33 Your Liar 🤣
Cloud doesn't need to be a SOLDIER because through the entierety of FFVII he is just becoming the ultimate SOLDIER even Sephiroth would have dreamt to become. And by the end of the game he is just defeating him mentally then physically 2 years after in Advent Children. That's the entire point of Cloud's character. He thinks he is not worth it, but he is the most powerful out of them all.
Welcome kids of a new generation to the cry fest of Zack fair's tragic story. Those of us going through it in 2007 when this game first came out offer you a box of tissues and a shoulder to cry on. It'll get easier, trust me. 😢
