- My parkour fails are getting better.. or worse depending on how you look at it, they hurt even less now... This year they feel a little Disney, but I'm happy to walk away with out a substantial injury!

Dom as a kid, had really bad memory. After they moved to a bigger house at age 5, he kept forgetting he is living on the first floor, so every time he got up at night to go to the bathroom, he turned left and fell down the stairs. His body got so strong from all those years of falling, some would consider unbreakable. His mind, though...

What i find hugely impressive and inspirational about you Dom is your ability not just to take fails in your stride and come out smiling but to take injury with the same attitude and then humbly rehab and come back just as brave and unstoppable! You sir are an incredible Human being!

I’ve noticed a trend, not just in parkour but anything that people want to get really good at in life. They’ll look at people like you at the top and compare themselves, and a lot of beginners will beat themselves up, “I’ll never be able to do that, all I do is make mistakes”. Failing to realize that you’re only where you are skill-wise because you’ve made every mistake possible 1000 times but never gave up, mistakes are the best thing that can happen to us because that’s ultimately what teaches us how to one day become great.

I like that, you make a video of your bad tricks, from time to time, to warn beginners and show them that even professionals, sometimes make mistakes) Be careful, and new achievements to you, DOM👍
I think his way out of the mistakes can be very helpful too. He knows how to fall. His body awareness is remarkable.

Many of these give me traumatic memories of when I broke my coccyx and how the agony went on for months afterwards. Such an annoying injury.

Every fail is a learning experience, so that means Dom has forgotten more stuff than most will learn in a lifetime.
I like that he's always the first to laugh because I do the same thing imagining how goofy it must have looked but nowadays you have cameras so you can watch it over and over again..... I'm glad I never had a camera around when I was young because I'd have mostly fails and embarrassing pre-parkour stuff on a weird 2x4, street sign pole, regular metal poles contraption that was all screwed together w/ hinges and stuff so it could be folded up and put away. I called it The Thing and my friends and I used to do all kinds of weird stuff like swing from the crossbar to "grind" or slide down the center 2x4.... It was made of an old tall swingset and some 2x4s w/ hinges and screws. To this day IDK how none of us got seriously injured on that thing.... 😂😂

Хотя если ты такой экстремал и не можешь жить без экстрима, то нужно просто вернуть здоровье на 10лет раньше. Как считает известный учёный Залманов,если убрать засорение мелких сосудов (капилляров), то организм быстро приходит в норму, полностью восстанавливаются все системы:сосуды, суставы, нервы. Для этого надо делать ванны по Залманову. В ванну надо добавлять скипидар,вот сколько не помню, напишу позже, надо посмотреть. Скипидар очищает сосуды, и здоровье полностью восстанавливается! Также почитайте книгу немецкого доктора Себастьяна Кнейппа,, Моё водолечение,, Он лечил все болезни водой. Вода имеет память, надо над водой произносить хорошие слова, типа,, дорогая вода вылечи мой голеностоп, благодарю тебя,, Можно насчитывать молитвы над водой и потом пить эту воду. Никогда нельзя ругатся или просто депрессировать в присутствии воды, а только в позитивном настроении . Также есть метод Джозефа Мерфи:перед сном делать настрой двумя словами, например повторять,, Здоровье, богатство,, много раз пока не заснёшь. Это будет программировать мозг на достижение Здоровья и богатства ( которое не помешает) Также погуглите доктор Сытин,,Настои на исцеление,, нужно будет перевести его книгу с русского на английский Попробуйте Доминик, это несложно, и НИКОГДА НЕ СДАВАЙТЕСЬ! Успеха!

In my sport mistakes are generally a bit more deadly, but I find it hugely inspirational how you try, fail and get hurt and then try again just as determined. You don't show when it works out in the end, but I assume it generally does, because you do not seem like you would quit before nailing the trick :-)
It's so easy to forget that for that 1 cool shoot of success there have been 100s of failures
I feel sorry for people's properties in some cases though haha

Most of the time they are avoidable, but when they do happen, it has cost me 😊
The most expensive one was a 7000 baht payment in Thailand 😂
