This was beyond just a music video-it felt like stepping into another world. Normally, when you watch a sunrise, your eyes follow the sun as it rises. But here at Moraine Lake, it was different. I was watching the reflection of the Ten Peaks on the glassy water, and it felt like time slowed down. With every stroke of the paddle, I was completely immersed in this otherworldly beauty. The crystal-blue water shimmered around me, and I couldn’t believe I was actually there, in that moment, surrounded by nature’s perfection.
A fun fact about Moraine Lake-the Ten Peaks surrounding it are not just any mountains; each one has its own name, originally representing different numbers in the Stoney Nakoda language. That history, combined with the stunning landscape, made the experience even more special.
