I've got the 24 RX 350 AWD prem plus (Canadian) with the 4 cylinder Turbo and 8 speed and all the upgrades. Didn't want the CVT of the hybrids. Don't like there's no correlation between engine speed and car speed. Have done a couple 4k mile road trips and did not notice any of the flaws you mention. In fact the forums say the seats in the F Sport models are too hard for road trips. The turbo 4 has more torque than previous v6 versions and passes nicely even at 70-80 MPH. it's' always in the right gear too. Very happy so far.
I have had every generation of the RX and I completely agree with you. I have the 2024 350 premium plus with all upgrades. You are right about the tin can feeling on the 22..like the new one the best..
I swore off Japan cars 25 years ago because of technical service order absurd issues, but the combustion 2025 Lexus RX 350 F Sport really has me ready to buy one. However, the dealership told me the earliest it will hit their showroom is mid-December and that is their best guess. And, then, who knows with my past luck if they will adhere to that timetable. It appears Japan wants to force/ prioritize EV's, etc over F Sport exclusive combustion cars, which is all I will ever purchase. I hope Lexus knows the corporate secret mindset is a HUGE turn-off, thus forcing me towards a BMW / European automobiles.
That direct4 turbo and eight speed transmission is the Worse Lexus I’ve ever owned. It is very hurkey jerky. After 30 years looking at other Brands. This man’s comments are spot on.
Can’t believe they got rid of that immortal 3.5 liter V6.. Lexus is a heavy car.. to be hauling around a 4 banger..they needed just too tweak the styling. & did a powertrain carry over. ..
I had two RAV4 Primes. I loved the powertrain, and I could never hear the engine, but the interiors were cheaply made for the price. I then got a Lexus RX350h. The 2023 plug-in was not available, and the engine was very noticeable, unlike in the RAV4 Prime. I just don't understand why, there should be even more insulation in a Lexus, and it's the same engine. I was extremely disappointed.
Thank you for sharing my friend yea not sure why they do this but regardless congrats on the Lex it is a desirable vehicle and a prestigious vehicle as well.
2024 model is a good buy or i should wait for 2025?. got a quote on 2024 rx 350h premium OTD 62k in cali, still thinking about it not sure i wanna pull the trigger
Thank for putting up great content. In an hour I will be heading to my local Lexus dealer to test drive the 2025 rx350h, if i can get 10% off the Rx500h, I would not mind making this upgrade purchase. Since i am from CA and the broker is from Washington DC areas, how does the deal work?
He would have to give you a shipping quote from DC to California but def test drive to see if you like the car first. And factor in broker fee/shipping cost to see if it might make more sense to buy local and to negotiate something with the general manager of your local store. I have the free leasing calc in the description for you to run some numbers on your own. Best of luck
@@MeynMotorGroup oh so buy the car in DC and have it shipped to CA. I assumed I pay the DC sales taxes? Yes will definitely test drive the rx500h. Thanks again! 🙏🏼☺️

Sorry, mate. I can’t agree with you. I have a 2024 (Japanese made - I’m in Australia) RX 350 AWD F-Sport (Petrol Turbo). It’s an excellent car, has plenty of power and drives beautifully. I had a Jaguar F Pace R-Sport before the Lexus. Its interior was slightly more luxurious than the RX, but the RX is better to drive (and more powerful). I’ve got nothing against your BMW. To each his own, but 6 cylinder new cars are getting harder to find (and harder to sell) in Australia. Unless you’re using it for towing, etc, people figure it has nothing to offer beyond a 4 cylinder. And Australia is a huge country, with plenty of very hot and very wet places to live and drive.
I went from a 2021 RX350 FSport to a 2024 RX500h and I can’t agree with you. Technology is chalk and cheese while the power of the new model is far superior to the 6 cylinder version. I’m also in Australia and have a Japanese built RX.
@stea2494 If you are pro 6 cylinders, that's your right. The 4 cylinder turo has more torque than the replaced sport 6 cylinder with the same 275 h.p. Btw, I've owned 5 BMW'S since 1994. Free advice, don't let your factory warranty ever expire or you will fork up thousands $$$ in repairs & upkeep.
Not only is it ugly as hell but it's got a 4-cylinder engine which I would never own in a million years. I knew this new CEO was going to ruin Lexus and he did and they deserved to suffer the consequences for it. I guess I'll have to buy a 2022 model for my next purchase

I’m keeping my 2017 RX F V6. ( for a long time and miles)
Still have mine. 256,500 miles
I have a RX 500h and it does feel more substantial than the lower RX trims.

Highlander getting the 6 cylinder
Its no LS. I own a Highlander and love it. I will look at another but, they really missed the mark on this 4 cylinder drive train.
The F sport trim was available in the rest of the world so I didn’t understand why it wasn’t available here. Drove both - I like the f sport better

4 cylinder makes more torque... this is quicker now then before 😅😂
@@MeynMotorGroup but will it be as reliable long term as the v6? Remember that is the Lexus’ calling card. Time will tell.
I’m not a fan of the new instrument panel. Call me old fashioned, but I miss the older wide instrument panel that shows more information.
If I am going to spend $60,000 on a vehicle, it should do something for my ego
The generation before this one with the v6 or v6 hybrid was the one to get
What is the fuel requirement (octane rating) for the 2025 RX 350h?
Always liked this one.
Yea they did a decent job with it

I’d take a new MDX over this due to the n/a v6 and improved infotainment. Lexus also requires premium whereas it is recommended in the MDX.
I just switched to BMW x5 with an inline 6 instead of the lexus offering of a lawn tractor engine. They screwed up imo
