How to repair Eartec UltraLITE. We have been using Eartec's UltraLITE system as our video team communications for years and we love it! It is a budget-friendly system and very stable. However, because we use them often, the boom mic will often come loose on one of the headsets. Rather than send it in for repair or order a new headset, we decided to repair it ourselves. The two wires in the video, one controls the earpiece sound and the other controls the microphone. Make sure both are still soldered to the card.
