So you are the author of the soundtrack to the game. It is amazing. It is independent but at the same time you can feel the motives of the evil abode, a bit of the final fantasy, that is, old classic games in which there was a memorable soundtrack. Just thank you for this music.

I'm really convinced FFVII was the biggest influence on the whole game, rather than Resident Evil. Most people talk about it like it's just some generic ps1 style that the game has, but to me it is very specifically a 3d rendering of FFVII's prerendered backgrounds. The whole game is basically Gold Saucer but rendered in 3D, from the haunted hotel, to the arcade, to the theatre
@@SFBGamesTube it's a masterpiece btw. Apart from that mushroom puzzle, which seemed like a mistake that got left in. Or you really are just supposed to eat ALL the mushrooms instead of reading the clues and figuring out which ones are edible vs poisonous? It's like the opposite of a puzzle.
@@ItsameAlex you figured out that the solution is to stop trying to figure it out, ignore all the clues, and eat all the mushrooms while constantly healing from all the damage you're taking? That doesn't make any sense. If you "figured it out" you would be able to explain the process by which you solved it, but since it's an utterly random and counterintuitive thing to do, you can't. Even if the player somehow stumbles across the correct "solution", it doesn't make it a puzzle and it certainly doesn't make it fun or satisfying. Everybody else tried to solve it using the clues (you know, like a puzzle) and got pissed off when the actual "solution" was some backwards ass nonsense. Here's a pro tip for game designers: if you can go online and find huge threads of people all having the exact same problem with your game, it means the conveyance is bullshit, so you fucked up.
