They will only refund the base game not DLC in my case. Wow. Nothing is safe, it goes well beyond just making a good game it has to have a good everything which won't ever happen again.
Arrowhead is 100 % to blame for this. They agreed to all this bullshit WAAAAAAAAAAAY before the game ever came out. And they should not be suprised about the anger its getting now, because PC gamers have zero respect for Sony and dont want anything to do with them.
On one hand I want to feel bad for ArrowHead, they did state it was a requirement from the start. On the other hand though: 1. They've been riding the praise wave since the game came out. 2. They've poked fun at other studios for their bad decisions (i.e. Escape from Tarkov). 3. This "requirement" feels like it's required only for Sony purposes. And ArrowHead comes out saying it's for the players protection, which must be a joke, since Sony is notoriously bad at protecting their users data. 4. And I've only seen a screenshot of a Discord message, thus it could be fake, however a community manager coming out and saying if players don't like it they can just leave a negative review, is insane from a studio who pulled point 1. and 2.

Did ArrowHead made a bad business deal that's costing them their reputation? Also yes. Hopefully the negative press will push ArrowHead and Sony to make a new deal where they don't have to enforce the PSN requirements.
