It has to be an Asset ID so what I would do is: Go onto Roblox Studio, Go onto the Images tab on the toolbox (public or your own) and search for the image you want, Right click on it and "Copy Asset ID" And then it should work after copying it into the game.
You can't use the decal ID. You need the image ID. For this you can go on roblox studio like the other guy explained or you can get an extension (I forgot if it was BTRoblox or RoPro) so that you can go directly to the image version of a decal like I do.
