Youre a great sculptor Steven but I agree, his eyes are too close together. You should go back to grid sculpting like you did in the early days.

The eyes are a bit too close together and the skin doesn't have an appreciable amount of texture, that's what did it for me

Nice work!!! The eyes should be more glossy though.... And you can add some red silk wire when adding clearcoat on the eyes to simulate the tiny blood veins in eyes.
