It's definitely bringing back memories of Chiang Mai from the late 80s, and that peaceful, warm Northern Thailand feel I guessed had changed. If Chaing Dao has all you need and is that happy place, then why not give it a go? It's not far from Chaing Mai so you could always breeze in for adays there if you start missing the rat race.

That is one wonderful town. So Clean. Amazing! I would move there, maybe. I saw nothing to complain about in this video, unfortunately. Except for one thing. I detest Pro Sports. All sports are good, except for professional sports. (Competitive sailing is great. And, rowing shells, is an amazing sport. But, nobody pays you to row. You gotta pay for the privilege. Maybe you should give up on all types of football, and watch rowing and sailing.) While you are in Chiang Dao, maybe you could show a few condos or small houses. That kind of info would be invaluable.
