Hi!! IK you don't have a clue who I am, but I just wanted to say THANK YOU SO SO SO SO SO SO MUCH!! you have inspired me so much to become a better version of myself. I used to be down, depressed, and I had anxiety sickness for months (basically where i have a physical reaction to my anxiety; i throw up, have a fever, basically have the flu) and I had that off and on for MONTHS. But, ever since trying to gradually institute some of the healthy habits shown in your video, I have become so, so much happier and healthier. I don't live near a gorgeous ocean, but I have learned to try to see the beauty in everything, and you were a huge part of that for me. thank you.
I’ve been wanting to deep clean and declutter my home. I’m always so overwhelmed when I walk in the door after work with the mess and just things all around. I’ve been starting a goodwill pile and I love your new houses inspo! For a clean boho style!
I’ve been doing hot cocoa at night for the last couple years at least, its been super helpful to have a drink to be excited for at night that’s not alcoholic, but anyways I just got my Kaizos last week and I love it! So nice knowing there’s so many good things in it while I’m enjoying one of my fav parts of the night 🤎

Hi! I am a fellow spicy food lover and if I could put hot sauce on everything I would. But I’m 22 now and after years of eating spice at almost every meal I figured out that spice, specifically highly acidic spice, was a primary contributor to my ibs in addition to other things. I still eat spice but a year ago I cut it down to a few times a week and it’s helped a lot with bloating and indigestion
In addition to that, high fiber foods like carrots and bananas also really hurt it, but instead of cutting that out I increased my intake of them to try to strengthen my gut
But overall eating a lot of acidic foods like hot sauce, apple cider vinegar, anything fermented, very salty things - eating too much of them in one day consistently really flares up your gut. So you have to limit the acidic stuff. But of course anything fermented should be kept
As a Christian girly myself, I wanted to ask you something you say you’re Christian, but you do yoga and I’ve just wanted to ask, why are you say you’re Christian but you do yoga
