I have in the past used a facial lotion with sunscreen SPF 15 from Neutrogena and I sometimes would put on another lotion from Cetaphil. Other than that, I don’t have a routine. Plus, I’m Japanese, so that helps.

I got Invisalign and then the retainers once they were straight afterword ; and I only wore the retainers for like a month or two at night ; stopped and my teeth never shifted back. For example, my bottom row was really crooked before I had braces so if I stopped wearing my retainer every night my teeth would definitely shift back. Maybe for those whose teeth were only a tiny bit crooked, they can get away with rarely wearing a retainer after braces/Invisalign.
I got invisalign. If I didn't wear a retainer my teeth would crowd at the bottom, right away. Broke my retainers when I was living abroad so teeth are like before braces. They're not good at fixing crowding in orthodontics unless they do palatal expansion (rare).

I've heard that with the hair transplant that you eventually you're gonna have to go and do it again, because what caused the hairloss hasn't been addressed in the first place. I kno some guys in they 60-70’s never been in a gym and use hardcore drugs heroin cocaine etc and have great hairline and they have no routine no minoxidil etc and thick hair so genetics is the #1 factor for hair. Majority of guys tho it’s a battle coming for us. Hopefully never for me but who knows.

What he’s not telling you about veneers is that good veneers are VERY expensive, and they need to be replaced every 15-20 years. So if you pay $20k for a set of veneers in your 20s, that’s another $20k you’ll have to pay again several times throughout your life.
I can understand wanting veneers if you have badly shaped teeth, but if your teeth are shaped nicely but crooked or yellow, I think braces and whitening is a better idea.
Sure the process takes longer, but it’s much less expensive and you get to have beautiful REAL teeth.
Also, after braces wearing a retainer every night when you sleep for the rest of your life is MANDATORY because they will shift and be crooked again if you don’t do that.
I agree with this, however I don’t know if the idea of wearing a retainer every night or your teeth will shift is true for everyone. I got Invisalign and then the retainers once they were straight afterword ; and I only wore the retainers for like a month or two at night ; stopped and my teeth never shifted back. I do still wear the retainers when I’m out of the house for a few hours when I’m socializing because it makes my teeth look even better and no one can notice .

For example, my bottom row was really crooked before I had braces so if I stopped wearing my retainer every night my teeth would definitely shift back.
I know this because I know a lot of people whose teeth returned to being really crooked like mine were from not wearing a retainer after braces.
Maybe for those whose teeth were only a tiny bit crooked, they can get away with rarely wearing a retainer after braces/Invisalign.
I got invisalign. If I didn't wear a retainer my teeth would crowd at the bottom, right away. Broke my retainers when I was living abroad so teeth are like before braces.
They're not good at fixing crowding in orthodontics unless they do palatal expansion (rare).

Fortunately I’ve never lost or broken my retainer since I got my braces off. If I did I’d get a new one asap.
It’s up to you if you want to get braces or Invisalign again, but if you think current teeth significantly reduce your attractiveness I’d save up and go through with it again.
The hair thing is my problem ! However im 42 , in shape , face doesnt look older than about 35 and though most say i suit shaved i dont like it .. but the girls who come to me in gym / work are all mid 20s to early 30s , thing is i feel im much older even if they usually think im early to mid 30s . Transplant soon so i dont look like these girls dad 😂

Once I met a guy with a receding and very thinning hairline and gray hair in his early 20s and on top of that the guy have a very below average height too, and to add more insult to the injury the guy has a very rounded face with an undeveloped and recessed jawline. needless to mention that both of his buggy eyes were too spaced out between each other!! the guy used to make a lot of emphasis that I was a "normie" even though I'm the opposite to all the congenital issues he has.

I've heard that with the hair transplant that you eventually you're gonna have to go and do it again, because what caused the hairloss hasn't been addressed in the first place. It could be weak scalp folicules, it could be high dht or whatever, so that being said I'm screwed, i've been losing hair gradually since i was 18, I'm 24 now I'm shaving bald and I wear benies and hats all the time to hide the disgusting ungliness. I always wanted hair and I'm envy of other people, I'm gonna have to be like this forever
