Have you seen how sweet and patient Jaemin was with him? This is partly the reason why I think that Dejun actually felt comforted during this VLIVE cause at the beginning he was scared of the language barrier but as time passed realized that Jaemin and Jeno are very kind and made him feel less pressured.

I think we just don’t know who he is really close with in NCT (except WayV members of course)cause we only see a part of their lives but perhaps Xiaojun got close with some of the members in Waffle Team? We don’t know. I realized Dejun is only shy around people he is not yet close with or had little interactions with. However people exaggerated this VLIVE he did with Jaemin and Jeno cause yes he was awkward at first but it gradually got better and I believe he liked it and maybe now will have better contact with Jeno and Nana.

@@fireproof2767 ??? sorry, i didn't mean to make you upset... and i never insinuated that dejun hates anyone, that's not what i meant at all. jaemin is a sweetheart, mark is a sweetheart, i love them all. i just feel like sometimes things happen off-camera and we've heard of certain groups whose members aren't that close... but like you said, it could also be the opposite, and being awkward in one vlive doesn't mean they can't become friends. i pointed out that they're 23 members simply bc on a pure statistical basis, the more new people you're introduced to, the more difficult it's gonna be to know each other, bc you can't give each person as much time as if they were like 5 or 10 members (and also their unit's respective schedules are different).
