MSL: White blood, same blood :) Jokes apart, Maruthi being the highest selling carmaker should have at least focussed on safety aspects in 2022, but rather they fool people saying they have provided 6 airbags and providing same tin in a new can. People have started realising that safety is more important than fuel efficiency (courtesy: sales of Tata & Mahindra vehicles).
Don’t confuse safety with build Quality, Safety aspect have improved in many Indian vehicles, build quality is where Maruthi should improve, and one major thing is people should talk about road safety and traffic rules!! Awareness is where Indian road is lagging!! After sales service and engine refinement also matters !!! Baleno is not the worst car as u say brother !! I have worked in structural strength & stability, it’s done through finite element analysis if u are aware of it !!! Tata I have had worst after sales experience and there way of treatment is worst not only me few of my friends too have faced same!! I can still challenge in any forum about the structural stability of Maruthi cars bearing S-Cross and Brezza to an extent. Others are just tincans with lighter build as their primary focus is on fuel efficiency and not anything else. Tata's after sales has improved significantly and the design of their cars are a testimony of research & innovation that they have invested over the period of time now reaping fruits. Look at the design of MSL, can you point one car with a innovative design to match with the current trend, leave alone other aspects. When people trust you for reliability, fuel efficiency, lower maintenance, etc, what has MSL did to improve the build so far? I am not only blaming Maruthi here, even Hyundai has taken Indians for granted by offering poor build, but they compensate with better interior ambience, features offered and design of their vehicles. Baleno in 2022 with a AMT replacing a CVT is a dumbass move just to save costs and for projecting better fuel economy is a big joke. Providing a heads up display and 360 degree camera and spoiling the drivability via AMT is not what we expect from the leading carmaker. Things have become more worse after Maruthi-Toyota p'ship, as just rebadging the tincans and saying that Toyota offering extended warranty can only be marketed in India :)

People needs to understand we don't have great infrastructure (roads, facilities, rules enforcement) in all places and need to drive safely at any point in time, considering others on road as well. A well designed car with proper ergonomics and structural quality definitely is much better on any day compared to the ones without it, especially on highways. Individual cases on after sales service is there with any carmaker depending on the dealer network, but that is a separate entity altogether and cannot be attributed towards safety or any other stuffs. If you feel confident driving at triple digit speeds at ease, then it definitely attributes for the build of the vehicle and from that perspective I conclude that apart from S-Cross, none of the Maruthi products have the same build as others were built with fuel efficiency as top priority in mind by MSL.

Baleno is a good car actually but buy a japan model. It's much better than the indian model. It comes with adaptive cruise control, rader braking, paddle shifters, and a 1000cc turbo engine. SAME ENGINE AS SWIFT RS JAPAN MODEL and gear box. 6 speed CVT gear box. Front has disk brakes also.
Coming to one more point there is a car Toyota Camry which is hybrid, self charging and the cost is 41 lakhs , with 9 airbags, i am sure people will bad mouth that also.
Better service we can give in native town service will slightly better... in city car count will be more so service will always worst...i also had bad experience in service
