Now I could be a little off, but I think the song is about a guy who is not that smart but great at pleasuring women. He does it so much in his country that he gets bored of it , so decides to go to Africa to have to do it there instead and ends up with aids and dies

This song is in response to a German song which was popular called Holzmichel by Die Randfichten. A parody response song called "Die Antwort" was made, sounding like Till answering "Mir doch sheiss egal" to the question the first song presents about where is Michael. THIS song is Till's own answer, in my opinion. Holzmichael is G-spot Michael and he's gone missing because he's trying to dodge all the women who constantly want him lol.

@@MatandChelsReact Yes its one of the 3 main things that have been the foundation of Rammstein, i have picked up through interviews with them: 1. They write the songs together. 2. All they do needs the approval of the majority so atleast 4. (Till made a joke about the voting😉) and 3 the most important of them all: They have therapy sessions together so they always stay in tune with each other as it were.
