4 requirements before God blesses you, summarized for reading:
1. Be bold and ask God for something beyond myself.
2. Honestly confess fears to God.
3. Obedience to what God says, and fully giving up what we have .
4. Choose the right mediator.

The TIMING of this!! I struggle with anxiety. I talk to my anxiety, and today I told my anxiety, "Begone, anxiety! God is on MY side, not yours." I told off my depression, my anxiety, and my need for validation. It's hard, but God is more powerful and He'll help me fight this.

I remember this story... fear really holds us back😪, I did already ask God, to provide me with what I needed most in order for me to support my family and He did use a friend as the messenger 🙏 I even saw signs that God is sending His Angels to guide me 😇, I may be a sinner and my faith may have diminished because of the pandemic but He works in mysterious ways. Dear man of God, please remember me in your prayer as I am going through rough phase of my life. I am jobless for quite some time now, I once was a dedicated believer but due to friends and peer pressure I went far away from God even to the extent of being an atheist. I went through depressive phase and now diagnosed with Social anxiety disorder. My life right now is full of frustration, failures, disappointment, bitterness, extreme self-consciousness, low self-esteem etc etc. I am still trying to come back to God but I cannot do that because of some of my unhealthy behaviours of addictions. Nitho here.

Make sure you try things for $ and not just sit around expecting a miracle. While it is possible, we’re required to work. But I hope everything works out for you and your family I really do. God is sovereign

I feel like this will be perfect timing today. I did what I call emotionally throwing up today lol. I’ve had a lot I’ve asked him for like a resurrected marriage and a new business of my own allowing me to have the freedom to operate at church in a larger capacity. I haven’t watched but the last thing God said was to wait. At 31, I realize I have no idea how to just wait on him, which is weird because I’m so patient with people. So y’all pray for me please. Help me learn how to wait peacefully.

I never thought of the story with Elijah in this way. Thank you...🙌🏼. I have done this multiple times, giving up the last thread of inferior solutions, for the superior...but Wow....I usually see the full-er circle, but I didn't recognize that those times of struggle were me also giving up my fears--- I did see them as times God has received full glory in them, to trust him fully, but to realize I have faced my fears is huge for me.

Woooooow. The part about He knows you want a better career. Lately I’ve been complaining about my job because it’s not something I want to do and I’m not happy in it. I wonder if this is a sign to let to pursue in going back to school. That’s where fear kicks in because of the lack of money. I think that’s why I’m clinging to my job. I am single parent so that’s where the fear is. God help!!

I literally felt such a strong pull to leave my (about 3 months ago now), all whilst working throughout the pandemic and just having brought a new car. An opportunity popped up where I could get an income but it fell through and the lack of income was weighing on me even more as I fall deeper into the red, I was crying myself sleep most nights.
But I know it was the time for me to leave, and only in the last two weeks have I stopped fretting and asked God what he wants to show me and I've been waking up with the song by Swedish House Mafia - Don't You Worry Child lol. So I'm taking it to heart and decided not to worry and wait. Even though God KNOWS I have miniscule levels of patience 🤦🏾♀️🕒
I was also using my phone to look at shallow replacements, which stole me away from my Bible Study which hasn't picked up either, so there's a lot of work to be done in my life.

I have always had that feeling of everything will work out and be okay, and it always does. but what I struggle with is how to take that to a further understanding and have a deep faith that doesn't feel so superficial

Taking a step of faith outside of our comfort zone can be difficult, but if God calls us in such a direction it's the best avenue for us to take. It's obvious to give up our sins, but sometimes we have to exercise discretion enough to even let go of some things that seem right to us as well. Those are the things that are perhaps the most difficult to surrender.
Praise God that the more we surrender into His control, the more we will see His providence in our lives. It doesn't mean we won't experience hardship. However, eternally we will be forever grateful that we obeyed Him rather than the desires of our fallen nature.
Yes, he is worthy of our trust!

I have no clue why your videos keep getting recommended to me yet God seems to be giving me hints about what is to happen in the next month for me. This girl that I have been talking to for a little under a year had moved away to do school in another state. She is coming back next week and suddenly I keep getting recommendations from your videos about me not moving on and that I have found the right person. I have been praying a lot more recently and I'm learning to let God take the lead and just follow his divine love. I can't explain why these videos are showing up because I am not super Christian yet this was probably my wake up call so I'm glad you were the messenger!

God has to be the reason this popped up right now. I have fallen into sexual immorality again; and as I was praying and repenting I felt that I may struggle with this forever and I dont want to. I desire to be in a holy and godly marriage but I know that won't magically heal what I am dealing with. I need Gods strength. I want to be free from this and I dont want to be a slave to my own bodily urges. I've relied on my own strength and keep failing. I lack trust in God and I want to trust Him with all my heart. I feel so weak and so helpless. Please pray for me
I kind of fallen into sexual immorality, too, but there was a temptation of having sex with a guy before marriage. I started talking to a guy I rode the bus with in high school. Sex is important to him in a relationship, and hoping to date him (and scared of him leaving), I told him I’d have sex with him (even though I’ve only ever wanted to wait until marriage). Right after we started talking, he got COVID. Then right after he was cleared of COVID, he got strep. There’s definitely red flags and warning signs, and we’ve only been talking for close to a month (since Jan. 18th).
Last night, while I was trying to sleep, I had this deep feeling in my heart telling me to keep waiting until marriage to have sex. The guy will probably stop talking to me (I’d be fine staying friends), but I know I’m not ready to have sex before marriage. Also last night, I suddenly started thinking about dating and a possible future marriage with this really cute seminary guy who’s been to my church a few times. I haven’t seen him since before Thanksgiving, and this past Sunday was the first time since November that I had seen him. I’ve never had those relationship-thoughts about him, we’ve never talked, and from what I’ve overheard, he doesn’t live around me. So, even though I may not date the seminarian (he’s sooo attractive though, and physically, everything I’d want in a future spouse), I know that I still want to wait until marriage

I was in same position and sincerely repented. Abstinent 6 years & hoping to marry this year to a very Godly man. The real deal. What helped me was taking a long break from dating and not being alone with a man at the crib.

I asked, quite boldly, about my future spouse. I've even chosen one myself. But I was too proud, so I was humbled by Father. Sure, I can pick a girl to pursue. Sure, God may allow it if that is His will. But it will not work, if it will not bring Glory to Him. I have to do my part, and God gave me courage to make steps of faith. For now, I'm waiting, and preparing for next step of faith. I'm humbled and ready to rejection. Time will tell. But I want to do my part, I want to try - I went through many spiritual battlefields to make it happen. She's worth it, I feel it. But I don't trust my feelings, I trust God and his Sovereignty.
I know my future job, but so far I have to stay in my dead-end one. I'm simply not ready. I will pursue this job, if I will find godly spouse. It is much better paid job - a police officer - so it will allow me to provide and not force my wife to work. Sure, she can work at part-time job, but I would prefer for her to raise our children, if God allow us to have some.
Be obiedent, be patient, be trusting. It will work, that is God's promise. It might not be His will, so be prepared to get dissapointed, but remember He wants all the best for you. God bless you all! :)

Right now I'm not in a good spot at all, I'm so mentally worn out from years of problems, but I still tried to fight the battle but now I'm at a point where I cannot pray, even when I do it's a struggle and it's hard, not that God won't hear it's not a acceptance on my part I know he would, hear, I don't really wanna try describing it. I'm worn out and I can't even rest no matter what, I can't stop the pain I don't want to fight anymore, all I've done was fight and now I can't stand anymore. I can't pray anymore, I even get mad at God and went off a couple of times and even when I apologize I cannot say it, I have to type it instead. I can'r do anything anymore and I don't wanna try to do anything, All I want is too rest but my pain won't end.

Ive been here, overly frustrated and in deep pain with no sense of direction. I still have my moments but they dont last as long as they used to. Its one thing id like you to remember, from my personal experiences with my struggles and journey. When your in pain or have been dealing with something for a very long time. The thing you want gone the most from your life, is the thing that gods using to propel you forward in life and your relationship with him. Your pain and suffering is for a purpose. All you have have to do which is the hardiest thing to do at times is to endure. He will give you the strength to get back up and keep fighting. Im still fighting myself still filled with fear of the unknown. After he has prepared you he will use you. God bless you i hope your back on your feet fighting!

Let me share what God had done for me. So I have a friend (a girl) that I really really care about. I've known her for years but we recently started texting each other again. Over time though, I was starting to worry that I was nowhere near as important to her as I thought and it was getting to the point where I was feeling really doubtful because she always took long to get back to me making me feel as though I wasn't as important. Now bare in mind, before she started talking to me again, life was really lonely and I just didn't care much about anything anymore. I was learning a lot about God and trying to get closer to him, I felt free with all the knowledge he shared with me but I was just starting to feel really lonely.
Anyways, it got to the point where I was starting to feel really doubtful and thinking that our friendship would end up getting ruined and that things would just go wrong like how it always seems to turn out in my life. I finally got the courage to tell her what I was feeling and she saw what I had sent but never responded. It was me being honest with her and risking screwing things up (in my eyes). I said to myself, I'll just follow this video and take a leap of faith and risk losing everything I had with her. I thought I was being given the silent treatment and it started to really get to my head. I started believing that I was going to lose her and that I would end up being more broken than I was before. I was being attacked by the devil, I must've been. I felt like I was literally in a nightmare I can't even describe it. Less than I day later, I just message her and ask her to just talk to me and that being silent hurts. She shortly got back to me (after I had begged God to fix things) saying that she couldn't respond and that she was going to get back to me. I was just like... Oh. So I had a huge mental breakdown for nothing. See how the devil can turn your small doubts and bad thoughts into a nightmare?
But so very quickly, God turned my nightmare into a dream again and now me and her have bonded a lot deeper and I have gained more than I had before. She understands me a lot more and things have been fixed. I just can't even believe it. He heard my cry and he answered. So no matter how hopeless and scared you are. No matter how broken you feel, remember that God can bring you out of that in an instant. Just give him everything and leave it in his hands and he will come through for you.
