It's funny, only yesterday I felt defeated by high anxiety - it actually hit harder because I see the truth that awareness comes first. It's a feeling that if I see the truth, I shouldn't feel it. I AM not that - a vicious cycle. Its like the body needs time resting in awareness to upgrade my nervous system to a calmer state of being.
Seeing the truth doesn't make the pain go away nor should it. Instead, it changes our relationship to our present experience where we welcome, accept, and surrender to what's happening in front of us rather than resisting. What we resist persists. What we embrace gives grace.
In kriya yoga the informal practice is the "true Kriya" or ultimate technique. It all leads there. I remind myself to practice using the stillness of "I AM" but I often forget for hours at a time. I heard a swami say that we should practice the presence of God hourly. I'll work towards that goal. Thank you for your channel. God's love and goodness always!
For all my friends who are struggling getting to the awareness, just know it WILL get easier the more u pay attention to it and overtime u can snap out of the mind reality just by realizing the thought and realize it isnt real 💪🏻
Your videos are so much wisdom, you don't talk about unnecessary things and cut to the chase! 12:52 What helped me the most - Through the distance while resting in awareness , you can break emotional thought chains. If you continue thoughts, they feed the emotion, so you think more and don't break out of the circle. Letting the thoughts flow and dont add anything, is the intermediate step for me in: 13:44 Instead of reacting to an impulse, i can see myself. It's like the cosmic joke, you see yourself cry and laugh about it - this is not me lol.
How do you feel comfortable or start to feel comfortable in your own body and in your own self? How do you acquire any sense of belonging to anything? I was looking through some photographs of my mom when she was pregnant and I realized I’ve never seen my mom so unhappy and miserable.. I never put it together because mom I supposed to be happy about her first born son,right? Wrong..this (the photos) explained everything. It sucks but it’s the only thing that makes sense. That’s probably where this deep-seeded feeling of being unwanted come from. I’m trying.
I suggest: Find yourself time to completely relax and surrender. Allow yourself to become deeply quiet. Remain in the quiet. There is an indescribable state of being that answers more questions than you could ever ask.
nature holds a push and pull, inside our Ape hearts there is Dominance and Predation vs Compassion and empathy, this is why Buddha ids the middle path the door to the between behind. how to awaken ourselves out of Samsara Matrix Womb, is to separate our presence from samsara, letting go of all the 5 agregates of nature, taking the backward step into presence thats why Tao cultivates the JI and the Shen, tao and buddha thought needs to unite again, because we need the Dantien to have the energy to unfold the secret of the goldern flower, with the greater Kan and Li.
