From Mark Anthony Johnson II. I enjoyed today's episode 8 of the 1947 Chevy truck. I really like the way the paint job turned out on the cab, I like how you made it look weathered. The firewall looks great in that gunmetal color. Everything looks really good after you sprayed the clear coat on. I really like the fake patina look. Now that the cab is on the code 504 frame it's starting to come together. You have come a long way since the beginning, episode 1, u have fabricated and done a lot of work since then it's been awesome to watch this build.
Great show & great work. Have a 54 that needs attention. You gave me many ideas through video. Just have to find the right person to do the work. Thank you
Man if I were you I would have cut and buffed that clear out. Not to pick on it but it's easy to get rid of that orange peel look.. I gotta a 55 Chevy 3600 big window that you should buy up for your next build. Also got a 55 Chevy 4dr car all ready for a 2 Dr conversion or roadster build.
A friend told me about your video so I watched it I bought the code 504 and my book really doesn't show what she used to mount off your cab of your truck to the bracket for provides for you so if you can take a picture of that and show what goes between your cabin the 504 frame I greatly appreciate it this is Paul

A colorado or an S10 frame would work fine.
Nice job can't wait to see more footage. I have a 51 Ford and I am thinking about using a S10 chassis any tips would be appreciated thanks.
That will work out nice but if you can find a color frame now those work out even better.

I love my Code 504 kit but if I did another one I would make sure you have the best shocks and springs because it will ride low.
