They were literally performing in every month of 2016 after OOTN promotions and so the mandatory rest period of 3 months is nowhere available ... It's just her face fat which was reduced due to her extensive dieting she did (which later developed into Eating disorder ) .... You can literally see she has the same jaw shape in Red Flavour era compared with Happiness ... When she gains weight, all the fat goes to either her legs or face a she sad herself.
So, I hope you gain this knowledge and not spread this misinformation somewhere for someone asking this question in another comment thread.

I know this is 2 years too late but this is why RV has the ability to do whatever concepts they are given... they have such amazing but criminally underrated teamwork ever since debut all the way to 2019. Among the best in kpop IMO

i guess you guys misunderstanding about Wendy and Seulgi voice here.Wendy is the main vocalist and Seulgi is the lead vocalist.The chorus part were singing by both of them but the camera mostly focus only at Seulgi all the time.Both of them hv a really good voice.Not only Seulgi`s.I`m quite sad because Wendy hv so much haters.She is multi talented-can play various instrument,high voice,imitations.She is very pretty and her face expressions is really SOMETHING.

That part was my favourite as well. SM always does a really good job at pairing voices in groups without it blending into nothing noteworthy. They've got some of the most notable group harmonies. Like SHINee, f(x), SNSD, TVXQ (when they were 5), EXO, RV and now NCT as well. The group's voices just always mesh really well together even if they're not very good at vocal technique. Idk how they do it, it's like magic lol.

Not a fan of Red Velvet, but I just love Seulgi so much. She's adorable and has a great voice colour. I see her becoming a great singer. And I don't know why do people say she looks like Irene or Wendy, she looks completly different. I could differentiate her from Irene all the time, people are just blind or blinded by hate. Her voice seems to have a unique characteristic, if SM tries harder to pull it out she sure will become better. Wendy's amazing too. Out of the group, they look like the most talented ones.
