Turns out, according to the rules, she had to take a vote before kicking somone out of a meeting like that and she didn't, so really she was in the wrong about that, but the meeting itself was legally planned and executed so the others were wrong about that.

I'm a little confused here. So, how can a guest a.k.a. Jackie Weaver kick out the chairman of the board and act like she can run the meeting? That is not how meetings work here in the states. This is direct from the standing orders of the Handforth council rules:
P The Chairman, if present, shall preside at a meeting. If the Chairman is absent from a
meeting, the Vice-Chairman, if present, shall preside. If both the Chairman and the
Vice-Chairman are absent from a meeting, a Councillor as chosen by the Councillors
present at the meeting shall preside.
The chairman, in this video, is not known. We don't even know who the chairman is. HOWEVER, the vice chairman, IS present... And thus, he has Handforth rights to preside the council meeting.
The fact he appears a violent psychopath, like the fact no meetings were held in the last few months, is irrelevant.

Handforth Parish Council has had the most complaints about how it was run of any council in Cheshire East. Jackie was sent in by the Cheshire Association of Local Councils to try and get a grip on it.
She’s basically an external “enforcer” sent in due to the meetings turning into a nightmare before her presence.

I've witnessed this in organized group of seniors who each of whom were probably powered troopers during their careers still and their eighties nineties whatever have to win their point don't they?
