- Today is my last day on board the beautiful Carnival Mardi Gras Cruise Ship for her Maiden Voyage. Today I’m going to take you on a WILD ADVENTURE. You’ll see familiar stars like Parodeejay, JOJO’s World, Harr Travel, AK Adventures and even the President of Carnival Cruise lines Christine Duffy. I also have a horrible fail while in Nassau, Bahamas. You don’t want to miss this Episode of Shiplife!

When my husband and I go to Nassau we go to buy Tortuga Rum Cakes. The ones we buy in Nassau have a stronger rum flavor.

The Mardi Gras looks amazing but want to leave from NY. Only the Magic is leaving from NY. Must be awesome being a passenger and not staff and knowledgeable on both sides of the fence firsthand. Several weeks and I'll be doing the Greek Islands on Silver Seas. Not the same kind of fun you had, but lets face it. I don't think your parents were even dating yet back then. LOL. Do love me a Caribbean cruise.
When on Nassau, try taking a ferry over to Blue Lagoon Island from the port. Truly a paradise and so worth it.

I always PLAN to take the stairs, but going up I usually have a 3-deck limit.
@@JaniceCrowell I don't really have a deck limit per-se but I will usually take the stairs instead of waiting for an elevator as a general rule!

You all had a good time. I'm booked on the Freedom of the Seas for next July. You would think its too early to book now but guess what the ship was almost booked. There had 2 floors available--lido deck and on the 9th floor. I chose the 9th floor. Can't wait.
