I'm writing this on Nov 11th. I initially watched this video before November started. The minute Terence said "remodeling, real estate", I thought "noo, not again, another home renovation???". Then come Nov 2nd, there's a heavy rainstorm that wreck havoc my house's water management and the water destroy the ceiling of my living room 😭. Indeed I am now remodelling, renovating, beautifying my home. "Expect the unexpected". More unexpected expenses ☹️. In the other hand, I'm looking forward on what Terence said for mid Nov (full moon). "Career opportunity that's coming out of the blue". I've been dying to get a more fulfilling and much better job 🙏🏼
