Home prices in Florida are to high take it from me there is a correction happening in Florida because pricing got out of control wait about 6months then see where the market is. I live here and own a couple of commercial investments

Something has to give at some point. I also work the commercial side of real estate as well and will be concentrating quite a bit with working investors here in Florida. I wouldn’t mind having a conversation with you if you were looking to expand your portfolio.
@@vags743 I know I know. At least this one is only $24/month and provides security cameras throughout the community and maintenance of the common areas. Like I mentioned HOA can be a good thing if you want to live in an area where you know the neighbors have to upkeep their yards. I tried..
