Not to be an apologist for Trump, but that particular comment was taken outta context- in the full context, she was commenting that the caged kids actually had a bed and cabinet for their belongings. She then remarked that it was sad that they didn't have a bed back home. Thats where the "sleeping on the floor part came in.
