I have had Vertigo for years now. My VA recognized my tinnitus as service connected but I have not claimed my Vertigo as a presumptive secondary. Should I file??
Hello Cuddigan Law, I suffered a traumatic brain injury during military service, I have vertigo, tinnitus, balance loss and hearing loss rating of zero percent. I have a tbi rating of 100 percent the intake center say I have Ménière’s disease that’s not service connected but I experienced all these symptoms as a result of my tbi. My vertigo, balance loss neck and back injuries are a direct result off a military vehicle after suffering from a moderate to severe tbi. How can I get service connected for vertigo with balance loss and back injuries service connected ?
My sister is 32 years old and she has suffered from meniere disease for years and she always complains to me that I had to bought her Dr Madida herbs I saw on RUclips and she is telling me last month that she is cured completely and don’t long have the symptoms like vertigo or dizziness, feeling of fullness in the ear or ringing, hearing loss, imbalance, motion sickness, nausea, or nystagmus
