Mr Beast or some other large RUclipsr needs to spend some money on projects like this. Why stop at building water wells and homes when energy production is still a massive problem
What kind of mechanical integrity program do you have? I think that piping would fall under ASME B31.1 for new construction. Do you have an in-service program?
Cost, Availability, maintenance upkeep, these are the things I want to know.
It's still an R&D project so they have a long ways to go before figuring that out.

I believe helium is very thermally conductive but does not become radioactive like water, so a safer medium for heat exchange
