1)- whether pendrive contains PDFs of All videos, i mean soft copy of all video lecture ,so that I can take printout of those PDF in Xerox centre , if pendrive the pendrive DON'T have PDF of All video lecture, then HOW can I take notes or take Printout from Them?2)- Wether u have included PDF of All video lecture in pendrive?

What if something wrong thing happened to purchased pendrive after purchasing it from your side? Where should I communicate?, Because u are providing one number that to has only WhatsApp chat?, Provide valid number which can communicate through voice & provide valid email of your Tapasvi site

So solve my problem by making clear cut video about your course & include all mentioned problem & tell it's solution, don't put your pervious made video course details, provide new customer care number in site & as well as in video description, so that buyer can resolve there problem after contacting your customer service members
