I will be the first. I am on the same journey I got me therapist someone to talk through the trauma with. I refuse to live unhealthy and half healed I’m finishing my work. I have a natural strength and everyone in my life does not agree with therapy but I will not be shamed cus my bible tells me I won’t be ashamed and I’m doing it anyway.
