I like that he said he's not afraid to copy and he's not afraid of being copied. It shows that he understands that competition is a healthy thing.👏 great interview.

I am thinking about a new type of restaurants: eating-spots
in eating-spots, food keeps changing, chefs also rotate
this is opposed to current restaurants,
thanks to this rotation of food and chefs, eating-spots are more powerful than restaurants,
along with that, there is an app,
people vote for the food that will be cooked in the next days.

I saw your show last night with the very talented glassblower. I believe her work was worth what she wanted. You have so much money, why undercut her at all. It's not always about the price of production, but a rare talent is hard to find. Get her back on another show and sign her the hell up to do your restaurants. Her talent will upgrade your restaurants to even a higher level of class and wonder. People need the magic of" out of this world wonder experience" that is as great as a mixed drink that brings on the feelings of elation and calm. You can charge more for the food and drinks with that type of lighting display as it is the most beautiful lighting I have ever seen in this world. It looks like she can produce other products that will be breath-taking to the consumer that you can market and bring in big bucks. Her products could be placed in the hotel's or restaurant gift store section. I understand your philosophy in sales versus production, but I understand her philosophy as well. Do reconsider this rare gem of a person who is very creative in many ways.

In business cost control and all that stuff is much more necassary than anything. You can find so many homeless talented people. At the end of the day talent doesn't pay the bills.

The interviewer is too strict on following his list of questions, his script. A lot of the questions needed more follow up. Thus the interview sounds and looks a bit jumpy.

nope, they will throw up right there. Probably setup cuisine based fast joints at different spots but don't open a full diner, you need to keep em moving around and yet not be tired by a heavy meal. Park cycles will attract kids to go back & forth b/w spots.
