Britton does not even deserve to be on this list. Their warranty is long because you will definitely need it to keep your sanity. Anyone who builds cardboard houses in DFW should never be listed as a “luxury” home builder. The loose construction laws in Texas breeds all these greedy irresponsible paper contractors. What a shame.
But thank you Wendy for putting out content to help educate the public. 90% of what you say is what other realtors do not care to say to their own clients for their benefit. I appreciate your effort.

We are less than satisfied with our Shaddock home. They subcontract everything of course and some of the subcontractors subcontract yet again. It all goes to the low price provider and the lack of quality shows. This is particularly true regarding the finish work. It is faaaaaaaaaaar below what you expect in a $1M+ home.
We've had electrical issues, drainage issues, window issues, and more. If this is an "A", I'd really hate to see the other contractors.
