For those that don't know, the game autosaves the INSTANT that you take lethal damage, not when 47 hits the ground. If you're going to alt+f4, you need to do it before you're actually dying. Whenever the camera switches to the top-down view and the music goes "dahhhhh" you are already 3-5 seconds too late.
Yeah, even during the stream I thought Big A should've been advising Squeex to Alt+F4 when he was under heavy fire, not after he'd already died. Including the very last run lol. IMHO it's better to reset a mission from a hairy situation where you might not've died, than losing a run and your weapons cause you waited too long to Alt+F4.
Didn't IOI publish an update a long time ago that detects when you ALT F4 and automatically fails you? Now you have to go to the task manager to close Hitman from there to safely reset in Freelancer.
@@MarkBiesheuvel They did make that "fix" last May, but then walked it back four months later cause people made enough noise against it. I used Alt+F4 successfully many times, just last month.
They made it so much more difficult for themselves by going in guns blazing, and when there're assassins it's basically suicide. But I get it, it's for entertainment. If you played it slower and more methodically it's not that tough. I really like this mode
At the end of the latest vod for interviewing chatters about there jobs (It was like a week ago) Squeex joins as a joke, but they end up talking for like an hour and it's not as jokey but stull fun to watch
I watched the entire 5 hours of the vod while i was sick lying on the couch and I actually laughed so hard it made my nose bleed 3 times, so if u have nothing to do just watch the vod it's the funniest stream I've seen in a while
I love how well you guys swap roles with making a goofy joke and the other one being the straight man. Especially the i-8 joke is so incredibly dumb and yet hilarious how you both did it.
I saw this video on my feed and thought eh maybe ill watch a minute or two. I watched the whole thing fully invested in Vivek pulling off some sweet burger flipping. If only Diana didn't fail him in the end.

He froze up a couple times but also got out of some tough situations later on that I didn't expect at all. And if they hadn't messed up badly on the timing of Alt+F4 every time, he would've gone a long way with that Sieger 300 that he lost.
@@in4mus85 I didn't expect much at the beginning, but Squeex did have a familiarity with the basic mechanics and is a pretty good shot, so Big A's guidance honestly could've got him further. Obviously the later showdowns would be hellish if they didn't get Mendoza, but all things considered they did way better than I'd anticipated.
