We had a couple years like this in the mid 2000. Finished with 4 losses had injuries all year. Both times we bounced back and went 11-2 the next year. We just have to get OFF the players and coaches backs!! Shit happens

I believe it's best Nic take the redshirt option at this point, but Burks needs to return as soon as the med staff releases him because he'll be in the NFL soon. We could get every one of our WRs back, but with a lousy O-Line, the QB only gets one look and then has to scramble, so I don't see getting WR back making any difference.
Hawkins is the only QB that can play and still be redshirted afterward. I say let him start with the plan to RS him after and then start Arnold againsts Ole Miss (who if he plays he can no longer be redshirted) What about Thompson. Let's see what he's got. Main problem is NOT QB, or WR, it's the O-LINE.
Put Arnold back in!! Add a real tight end, to block and That can drag 5-8 yds deep for qb pass release help! Stay in front of qb. Add 280-290 lb running back for OL line blocking help in the back field!! Qb can’t find more than one receiver. Big back can run blocking and short yds needs Assign qb to pass to a specific wide receiver with the tight end available if needed. Tell Arnold he can through the ball away verses throwing into cover or taking a sack!! Or fumbling the ball! I think he d cd an do it, I think OU can beat SC
