I bought one of these the other day, and I really enjoy it for cooking! I have made home made french fries two times, cooked some breaded chicken nuggets, I made from a boneless chicken breast, cooked frozen breaded cod and I have made peach turnovers from fresh Georgia peaches!
Should sweat your onion and garlic in a pan before mixing it in. Removed the excess moisture and develops the flavor much further. If one regulates the moisture content of their mixture you don’t need eggs which detract from the meaty flavor of a meatball. Just need the right mix of crumb and milk mixed together before going into the meat mixture. It should be like a wet dough before going into the meat. Thank me later! I came here for the right temps and time in the air fryer. I love my convection oven but the basket air fryer is new to me, your method put a perfect cook on meat 🤙 Save the eggs for making fresh mayonnaise! Then take that mayonnaise and make a Russian dressing, but be sure to use fresh chopped dill pickle. Add in a liberal amount of smoked paprika, just enough to slightly alter the color. Finish with a good squeeze of fresh lemon juice. I like to use fish sauce or anchovy paste in substitute for salt with this type of dipping sauce or dressing. Pairs best with 🐄🥩🍔🐮
He said 390 (I'm assuming Fahrenheit), which is about 198 degrees Celsius. But i put mine at 200 degrees Celsius and just kept checking and turning them every 5 minutes so they don't burn.
You ain't supposed to cut something immediately after cooking it regardless if you're talking fried, grilled, baked, etc. You will try the meat out if you cut it when it's freshly done. I guess because it would be unnatural to do is why
@@simpicusmaximus it's not common normally, but in culinary classes it's the pretty common to see if you did it right, so i'd say it's pretty excusable to do for demonstration purposes also since we can't eat it, we can only judge it from what we see
It's not him, it's me..... I agree, cook in batches so don't over crowd. Why is this driving me crazy??? ...... 10 meatballs, cook in two batches of 5, not 6 then 4. Should I seek professional help?
I used some vegetable spray in a can to spray my cut up potatoes my home made french fries. Season the potatoes fries, then spray with a little oil, preheat the air fryer to 390, add the fries to the basket, while heating the fryer, put your french fries in a dish ( I used a glass pie plate), cover with cold water and add ice cubes to get the fries better for cooking. then put the fries after putting seasoning and spraying a little vegetable oil on them in the preheated air fryer, pop the basket back in set timer for fifteen minutes and remove and flip over half way through and put back in for further cooking. For myself, I peeled and cut up one medium to large size Idaho baking potato! Delicious!

This is exactly what I needed for my air fryer!! Thank you!
Made 12. Put 6 in, 4 left. Who stole the other 2😁

You don't have Italian TV but Italians are always watching 👀🇮🇹

How come nobody ever cuts anything in half to show what it looks like inside just to make sure that it's not overdone

Very valid point!
Yes seek help. I recommend 10 sessions in two batches
So cook it for 14 mins .. what temp
Temperature!???
390 F if the meatballs are the same size as in the video. If you're afraid that they will be burnt, use 360 F
heat degrees? or just a preser function of meat?
He put it on 390°
165° temp red meat is cooked. Thank you
I enjoyed this. .but I think that was actually 10 meatballs
So so yummy, and defibrillatorie!.
I thought 14 minutes at 390 was a little too long for my air fryer,...as they came out a little burnt. good recipe though.!
Is it possible they were smaller?
360!! Mine turned out great. 360 for 7mins checked them did 4 more minutes. Perfection. Mine were kinda big.
how do you know if theyre cooked if you dont have a food thermometer?
Good question. Thankfully CHEF iQ makes a great food thermometer. Worth checking out.
Real good meatballs are 60% beef, 20% pork, 20% venison. Enjoy!
Where was the seasoning? inside?
Do you recommend spraying oil inside the air fryer grills? Or can we just skip the oil and put the meat inside?
You don't need oil for ground beef, frozen breaded fish, as many products already have grease in them.

TEN meatballs... not 12, TEN.
You made 12 but we see 10 how came?
The maximum temperature on my airfryer is 180 degrees. What do i do then ?
Check your booklet, it may have the choice of Fahrenheit and Celsius
Throw it in the bin 😂
Cool but who makes meatballs in a deep fryer? You keep mentioning that but I never heard of anyone frying meatballs lol
My family always fried them on the stovetop.
At what temp setting?
He said 390 (I'm assuming Fahrenheit) which is about 198 degrees Celsius. But i put mine at 200 degrees Celsius and just kept checking and turning them every 5 minutes so they don't burn.
