What an adorable bag! There have been so many backpacks put out that I'm kind of over them right now, but I think I need to get your pattern as this one is so different from any others. Thank you for sharing the tutorial.

I have made 3 of these now, 2 at regular size and one at 80% (it's so darn cute!) I've been using waterproof canvas for the interior and home deco fabric for the outside - all made on a domestic machine. I made a zipper pocket inside, left the bottom open for turning. It's a bear especially with the WPC but it works. I also prep all my pieces first, putting the straps and pockets on before starting. It's a fun sew.

I bought the pattern and didnt receive pattern piece E or any strap or fabrice. Connector info. Also notice that the tutorial skips how to assemble the back panel together prior to sewing it onto the inside panel. Did i maybe receive not all the info? Dont want to jump to conclusions and since you've put some together is why i am asking you. I have sent a pm am awaiting a reply. Tyia
@@christinahofman8673 she gives measurements in the video. Strap connectors are optional, I used 4x4" squares. And yes, I got mad that I paid $10 for the pattern with no instructions but after you make one, two, three...it's worth it.

Just a thought, but wouldn't it be easier to leave the bottom of the interior zipper pocket open and turn the bag through that opening? It would save the hand work. For myself, I can't do that hand work anymore, so I will try the pocket method.
@Cathy Spiller I just made one of the loly backpacks and I pulled the bag through the zipper pocket.

@@xXsorschaXx Hello,after you pull the bag through the lining pocket you go back and gently pull the lining pocket and sew it close. 😊

Saya kalo jahit pet kok bekas gigi mesin jahitnya dalem banget ya... kadang sampe seret/ceket... kenapa ya kak... apa ada spatu khusus?
Mungkin settingan tekanan sepatunya terlalu kenceng, bisa kok dikendorin atau bisa diakalin pake gigi yg plastik..
