Definitely make an effort to go and see tricot live someday, guys. Not only do they rock and bring the energy but they're one of the most genuinely friendly bands around!

I completely agree. I saw them in October 2016 and absolutely loved it. Even my friends who aren't into Japanese music loved them. I'll be seeing them in Chicago and Minnesota this summer and I and pumped!!

Alistair James Genie High may ended up interesting like Gesu no Kiwami Otome or even Ichikoro IMO. Also Enon Kawatani (the band's lead guitarist, founding member, and primary songwriter) is a very talented young singer-songwriter and musician. So, Ikkyu being a member of that band shouldn't be a concern.
Does anyone know where to find their performance of 99.974 on the "Sound of Forest" stage at Rock in Japan 2014? It was up for ages and the RUclips Channel it was on was deleted a few months ago :( It is far and away their best performance of the song (even better than the A38 rocks one...sorry!), and it's in front of a massive crowd... I can only assume they took it down because it's going to go on a DVD/Blu-ray/downloadable compilation of live stuff in the future (because it's so bloody good!), but nevertheless, it's such an amazing performance! Also, if you ever get the chance to see them live, DO IT! they are soooo good live :)
