With the added thickness and drag the JetMA850 has a little slower ride speed and also has more lift so it could be a better option for surfy carving especially in lighter wind depending on your weight and skill set. That said I don't notice a difference in rideable low end between 810 and MA850, if it's too light to ride the 810 it's also too light to ride the 850.
Great job. It is really cool that there are different wings to really dial in the type of riding that you want to do. I am impressed with the glide of the Mach 1 when turning.
I'm super keen to get on the Mach1's and try them out, they look like a great mix of high and mid aspect, smaller sizes for kiting 1100 for prone I think would work well for me. Definitely a worthy addition to the range.
