We purchased 15 of the same Jeld-Wen replacement sash pack kits shown in the video for our house 2 months ago. We purchased all of the replacement sashes from Home Depot. 10 of the 15 of them came with the wrong liners (not for sash replacement). Finally got Jeld-Wen to send us new liners, but those were wrong too. The second set were sash replacement liners, but they were missing all of the springs and stops. It has been two months and probably over 30 phone calls and we still don't have the correct liners and functioning windows. Jeld-Wen used to be a good company to work with, but NOT ANY LONGER. Find another window manufacturer.

I was just about to head to the Home Depot to order these windows for my home and then saw your comment. Have your issues been remedied?
