It is great to see Captain Joe like a child in a toy store. So excited and truly enjoying all the amazing air craft and experiences! Great to have you at the EAA!
The Lancaster that you saw, although of British design, was built in Canada at the current site of YYZ. I was lucky enough to live on the approach to her home at YHM and was able to see her fly a lot over my house. The sound of the engines was unmistakable. I can only imagine the fear that 250 of them instilled in the people in the ground.
It's a treat living close to YHM and seeing the Lanc many weekends. We usually hear it coming before we see it! Great to see Joe so excited to see it. The entire collection at the Warplane Heritage Museum is well worth to trip to see them.
It was wonderful meeting you Captain Joe! Thanks for coming by to see the Pink Jet. Looking forward to taking you up in one of our L-39's later this year.
It was great meeting you at the OSH RC field of all unlikely places. Thanks for being as genuinely friendly and approachable off camera as you are on-camera. A good pilot is always learning!
I heard one interview this week from a pilot during the livestreams " This is like Christmas for us!" I wasn't able to go, but I watched all I could on the EAA website and it looked like a great time! The drone show was a nice addition for sure!
POV: you watched Joe film the shots at 0:10 and at 19:38 , & shortly thereafter having one of the most chill conversations ever with one of my favorite aviation RUclipsrs, ending in me forgetting to hand my phone to your videographer for a photo op because I was just that tired & out of it. It was really fun running into you this year, and I'm really glad you had a fun time!
Joe, that Lancaster is very Canadian. British design, but built in Toronto, RCAF service with Packard Merlins. It was restored by RCAF vets originally and we Canadians are proud VeRA is one of two left flying.
Thank you, Captain Joe! I really appreciate the interview with the pilot of the pink jet. I was at Oshkosh Tuesday through Friday, and did get to see that incredible night airshow.
I looked around for RUclipsrs such as you as you have always been an inspiration to me and would be incredible to see you in real life, on another note great video and keep it up!
Hey, Capt. Joe, great to see you in my home state of Wisconsin and the USA!. Welcome! I live in MSN so lots of traffic through here to OSK. Yes, it's a great show, but they still lack Golden Age propliners. A few DC-3s or a Connie, but still a poor representation of the classic age of airliners. I hope you had a great time. I know I have had one in the past.
So awesome to see the Lancaster at Oshkosh. I'm lucky enough to hear those 4 big Merlins almost every weekend as I live just down the road from the Canadian War Plane Museum . ;P
Thanks captain joe , bringing us to air show Oshkosh, love ❤️ the sound effects of the engine you made in extra sx plane 😂 totally enjoy Ur videos. Watching from Australia 🇦🇺
Went to Oshkosh for 2 days this year, and like every year, it was phenomenal. However, at7:57 you refer the large 4 engined warbird as a B-21, even though its actually a B-29. Although you are right in the fact that only 2 are airworthy. Just wanted to point that out, cheers!
Absolutely loved your video. It was so exciting. I would have loved even longer. I had been looking forward to hearing the Lancaster Bomber (and see it fly). Pity you couldn't get that the video.
Glad you were able to enjoy Airventure. I’m an EAA lifetime member and been many times but unfortunately work/travel prevented me from attending this year.
Great video ! Thx for sharing the highlights. Awesome aircraft. SO much to see. I would have liked to have seen more experimental aircraft (guess I'll have to go 🙂). Awsome night show with drones and fireworks!
It's good to see you again, as always you are very welcome, We really miss your videos with the Dutch pilot girl, We hope to see Captain Joe and the Dutch Pilot Girl making new videos again someday. Thank you for coming back.
Was unable to make it this year but last year was a blast! Was this the first time to Airventure? I know I’m not gonna miss next year! Great video sir…
It's a really good video, but oh my life, the music is so darn loud! I had to constantly shift the volume level back and forth; otherwise I either could barely hear what Joe was saying, or get absolutely deafened by the music between the interviews.
Thank You Joe for this amazing video & putting the types of aircrafts in it as well. I was wondering what some of them were from other videos I've seen & now I know. Wow. I see that the night show was one like I have never seen before. That indeed was spectacular!! One more thing I just have to ask You. Did You by any chance see the Elvis Presley Jet the Jimmy from Jimmy's World turned into a Motor-home frame?
Sir why all pilot do their cpl in left seat and the instructor in right seat and can I change it to do CPL in right seat and instructor in the left seat is it possible
I am so glad I got to meet you Thursday morning, thank you so much for talking with me, it meant a ton!
Captain Joe, who flies big jets, still makes airplane noises when he sits in a cockpit. Love it
😂that was funny, big kid I guess?
best part of the video honestly
It is great to see Captain Joe like a child in a toy store. So excited and truly enjoying all the amazing air craft and experiences! Great to have you at the EAA!
So good to see Capt Joe here in Oshkosh, WI. 😊❤🎉
It was a blast hanging out with you at OSH! 🙏🏼 Next time we should make an RC plane challenge 😂

18:20 Funny to hear Captain Joe swear. Also I like the little Top Gear reference at the end. Well done video!

I was there, those drone shows are getting to be one of the highlights with the fireworks.
It is absolutely amazing what they can do with those drones
OH My goodness! What a show that must be. THat night stuff and fireworks were mind blowing! YOu have to be having the best time ever.
The Lancaster Bomber was neat to see. As were the flying Meatballs from Italy. It was a great show!
I heard one interview this week from a pilot during the livestreams " This is like Christmas for us!" I wasn't able to go, but I watched all I could on the EAA website and it looked like a great time! The drone show was a nice addition for sure!

Love the video format, walking around from one booth to another makes the viewer feel involved into the experience. Well at least me. Great video Joe!
Glad to see you back posting! I've missed your content.
Thank you, Captain Joe! I really appreciate the interview with the pilot of the pink jet. I was at Oshkosh Tuesday through Friday, and did get to see that incredible night airshow.
That night airshow could be amazing! And the pink L-39 was also an extraordinary phenomenon 😊
So nice to see you again on RUclips, and what could be better than feature Oshkosh. I hope to see you soon again
On RUclips. Safe travels.
Great coverage of Oshkosh Capt Joe from Sydney Australia 🌏🇦🇺
I got to watch a lot of those planes taking off and landing at Mitchell International in Milwaukee.
Wow, das ist toll 😍😍😍

Great thanks a lot for this video. Hope so much to be able to go to Oshkosh one day. I'm only a Simmer but this event is awesome!!

Ты самый лучший пилот Джо!! Удачи и всего наилучшего❤❤❤❤❤
Great video! Good to see you back!

Welcome to my home! I have been there many times. It's always a great show. Some day I hope to meet you here.
A world without aviation is a world I do not want to be in.
Glad you were able to enjoy Airventure. I’m an EAA lifetime member and been many times but unfortunately work/travel prevented me from attending this year.

Looks like so much fun! One day I'd love to go. It looks like candy land!!!
Long time no see.
Good to see you are back creating content.

I hope you picked up your glasses at 3:37, if not they may still be laying there.
The Lancaster was amazing...wow.
Love that Polo shirt Captain Joe how do I get my hands on one?
8:24 After you said British plane in an amazing way. I thought it was a Concorde or something haha

Was unable to make it this year but last year was a blast! Was this the first time to Airventure? I know I’m not gonna miss next year! Great video sir…
I did not know Josh Flowers , Aviation 101, had a brother double with an accent!
Flying is fun, especially when captain Joe is your guide.
Welcome back🎉
Awesome your in my state welcome
Friday was heck of a show.
Darn, I didn't know you where there. We just returned an hour ago. Would of love to have a landing contest with you in the Boeing sim.
Another great one!
Joe, I believe that you were referring to the two remaining B-29 aircraft, not the B-21.
great video as always. how different is it to fly one of the airplanes you showed us compared to the ones you usually fly?
Indeed, Vera rocks. B-29 not -21 but no worries.
You are the best
It's a really good video, but oh my life, the music is so darn loud! I had to constantly shift the volume level back and forth; otherwise I either could barely hear what Joe was saying, or get absolutely deafened by the music between the interviews.
Great video! We hope to meet you next year, find us in Pavilion D!
Wow 🧐😍😍
Amazing.
Thanks
What about the Canadian snowbirds or the CF 18 demo
3:04 The A-10 should strafe the crowd for authenticity.
Thank You Joe for this amazing video & putting the types of aircrafts in it as well. I was wondering what some of them were from other videos I've seen & now I know. Wow. Did You by any chance see the Elvis Presley Jet the Jimmy from Jimmy's World turned into a Motor-home frame?
Die A10 ist das geilste Flugzeug aller Zeiten. Aber seit dem Unglück von Ramstein ist es ein seltsames Gefühl eine Flugshow zu sehen.
Did you get a video of the Canadian RCAF Snowbirds?
Question for ya! Do you ever fly into Seattle? I think of you when I see Cargolux coming in here
Sir why all pilot do their cpl in left seat and the instructor in right seat and can I change it to do CPL in right seat and instructor in the left seat is it possible
Please consider doing a vedio with DutchPilot Girl at some stage? Hope you are doing well.
I haven't been there in 20 years. They really punched it up, wow.
he's back 😭😭😭
