Most carpet cleaning places have a raised platform that is angled on all 4 sides and have it surounded by a grated area for water to flow into. This way the product soaks into the carpet then can flow into the grates when squeegee-ing the water out

    • @moody9287

The carpet is an extremely cheap store bought newer carpet, that’s beyond caked in very obviously staged mud, and the only thing your questioning is why they don’t have a good drainage setup?

I agree, definitely too much pressure washer, not enough metal squeegee. There is something about the sound the metal squeegee makes when it hits off the edge of the rug and the amount of yuck it gets out that is SOOOOOO satisfying.

I too would like to know why there isn't some sort of grid structure/webbing thingy-thing underneath to let the through-flow crap escape, and why not soak the thing in a tub of water first before beginning?

Someone must have thought that using that carpet to cover the floor of a storage shed for 30 years was a good idea for some strange reason.

  • @billy1673

Wouldn’t it help if the floor was slightly slanted to draw the dirty water away from the rug(s)?
Or if the floor was metal grating so the filthy water falls away and doesn’t collect under the rug?

Shoo this one was just flithy and this guy put in a heck of a lot of effort. I bet he has crazy arm muscles by now and you know he's getting good sleep at the end of everyday. Is he the one who gets down on hands and knees and scrubs the smaller rugs? That is pure dediccation there! Either way, we respect you fellows for doing this job and doing it well 🫡🫧🧽
