Do you have a video detailing how you fixed the middle Santa, with the torn hat. I recently bought one. It only sings without movement. I’d like to try and fix it.

Ive got the middle santa, the one on the crate that you gotta use a power cord with, but the glue holding the port to the crate has come loose, any ideas on how to open the crate without breaking it?

There should be screws on the bottom, and then the crate comes apart kinda like a puzzle
