You can flip that fake glass door around 180 degrees and move it a block forward and have it slide on a track just in front of that front wall. Can also use merge magic to hide the track under deck and maybe use paintable signs to make cleaner looking fake tracks.

Thanks for the comment! I fully agree, but then the interior of the vessel will be compromised (ie. not water tight) and that will not make it very useful
