Sad Machine is a song by the electronic artist Porter Robinson. It's one of his most popular songs. I thought tasty was posting a Sad Machine remix or something and I was excited because I'm a big fan of Porter Robinson. But after listening to the first moments of this song I was hooked.
as usual the start and the mid parts are on point, like BTSM delivered for years. then it drops into a generic wubble wubble without melody. maybe its just not my type of music - it definitely is theirs. just the first 50 seconds and the parts from 02:00 - 02:25 and 03:12 - 03:42 and 04:11 to end, are so damn good and a nice buildup, they'll keep me listening to this. even tho i'm not that much into the main parts of the song if they had a good melody blasting through these mainparts it'd be some of the best music i've ever listened to. ever thought of editing your own songs and add a melody line in these parts? :)
