EDIT: I sadly did not get my account back. Discord replied to my ticket when my account was already deleted. I'm kinda sad that happened since i had famous youtubers added on that account but it is what it is.

I’ve provided my face, official Birth CERTIFICATE, and my username and user ID.. “Coral” responded to my appeal, and I sent my picture, but they said it was wrong and I needed to retake the photo or have it all in one photo. I did have it all in one photo, and I’ve had to send this photo four times (one photo the first time, but a different photo the other three times). I don’t know what to do..

How long does it usually take them to respond? I submit an appeal almost an hour after I was banned (photo ID and everything), I’ve also messaged both of their Twitter accounts regarding the situation. Could I also try calling a phone number on their support page if they have one?

I have been waiting 4 days for a response, nothing yet. I submitted a few tickets I didn’t receive any confirmation mail whatsoever. This was dumb as I would be put back in queue, but still, the last time I submitted a ticket was 4 days ago. Two of the tickets were marked as “solved” but my account is still disabled up until today.

Greetings Anexis. I sent multiple tickets to discord support about my age. But when I submitted tickets, my EMail hasn't recieved a mail from them, that they recieved my ticket and they work on it.
The recent one I sent was 20 minutes ago around (The oldest one was 3 days ago) and I do not have an mail that they have recieved my ticket. Does it means they haven't recieved my ticket? What is strange I tried to contact Tech support and they have answered that they recieved message, though no help at all, Nelly just closed the ticket and thats all.

Dude, I actually hate Discord. I was in a discord server I've been in for a long time, and people were trying to guess my age when I had already said my REAL age before. I'm 15. They couldn't guess it right, and I jokingly said I was 10, and right after that, I IMMEDIATELY said I was joking and that my PFP character was 10. My pfp is Huey Freeman from The Boondocks, who is literally 10 years old. Then, like 4 days later, my account is all of a sudden disabled when I was literally just joking.
I have made 2 APPEALS, and their still denying it. I provided my face, FULL BIRTH CERTIFICATE, and my Discord Username on a piece of paper TWICE. I messed up on the first one, and apparently, they couldn't see a clear photo of my birth certificate. When all they had to do was zoom in and confirm it. But today, I went to the DLD to get my Learners Permit (I failed that shit 💀 but I get a retry tomorrow). But they gave me a paper copy of my ID, so I'm gonna try and use that as proof now.

Will it work if my face isn't visible on the ID? My date of birth is written on the back of my passport and student ID, which means that my picture on the ID cannot be visible along with my date of birth.

We can accept passport photo IDs, state issued IDs, and other government issued IDs as part of our evaluation process.
If you do not have a photo ID that shows your date of birth, you can submit a verification photo that includes your school photo ID with your name visible, alongside a birth certificate with your name AND date of birth visible, along with the other requirements listed above.
Please note we cannot accept screenshots, printouts, or other copies of identification and that the original ID must be presented.
If you're unable to fulfill our requirements, then this is a permanent action and we will not reinstate the account.

They randomly suspended me permanently for being somehow underage. I'm 15 just to let this out. And yet so. show I got suspended randomly without proof since I've basically never said any sort of small number. Honestly weird bug, get better mods.
