Please don't stop making relaxing videos like this because im a big fan of the legend of zelda and love the music :) and i could also name alot of these
I remember playing Zelda Twilight Princess after coming home from a long day of school, while my mom would watch and support me even when I got frustrated. She would even look up videos on RUclips to help me pass a certain area lol. My mother passed away a while back, but when I heard this soundtrack I broke out in tears. Because it reminded me so much of the memories me and her had together. So thank you so much for making this. (I now listen to this about every day to help me with my Insomnia, btw.) :)
I'm sorry for your loss, I hope I'm not out of line when I say this but you had a good Mom, you not only had someone special but you have something special that nothing can take away.
I don't even know what that's supposed to mean. The piano is fairly recent invention (18th century) and isn't used that much anymore (*really*, it's way less important and popular than it once was). Most piano music is made on a synth, which is probably also true of this video, or entirely in software.
I can play the entire star wars theme song on the piano. The melody, not all the additional music that would make it more spectacular. I've got the long bony alien fingers for it. Useful for other things too. 😏 Not that I've ever done anything with anyone sigh forever alone nobody likes you at any age I including 23.
The comment section here gives me a warm and fuzzy feeling. So many nice memorys. I hope all of you collect more of these memories and have a nice life.
I truly don't think people...realize how much Video Games; their stories, soundtrack, and lessons you learn in them can really impact people. Especially in our youth. Oot, Majora, so many more taught me this world isn't about me, it is about everyone in it. This playlist took me back to these thoughts. Many thanks for this!
I know what makes Zelda so great. Nostalgia is a part of life (wistful thinking about the past, specifically a happy time). It makes you kind of happy, but sad that you aren't there. It makes you feel a little more human, the realization you are stuck in the flowing of time and you can't stop it. You can only look back. We all share this and I feel that's what has made Zelda so popular. Each game ends reminding you of the adventure, effort, and characters of the journey you are ending. It latches onto things so human that it makes the experiences in those games so valuable. The music, being so memorable, reminds us of that adventure, and those memories. That is what makes the games more than what they are, why they mean something.
Mono no aware - "a Japanese term for the awareness of impermanence or transience of things, and both a transient gentle sadness (or wistfulness) at their passing as well as a longer, deeper gentle sadness about this state being the reality of life." (wikipedia) Given this phenomenon, I believe it's important we live presently and try to find the positives of every day life. I can reminisce of those halcyon days whenever they may be and think, "ah, the good old days". Sometimes, when being critical of those thoughts, maybe those days weren't the "good old days" as there was a lot of bad going on too, but that's not what I'm choosing to remember at that time. We'll go back and remember the good, so why not try to find that good in today? en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mono_no_aware
Amen to that. I will forever love the Legend of Zelda, it was my whole childhood and to this day some of the music makes me want to cry happy tears. Pardon me whilst I go turn on my gamecube and play WindWaker for a while.
was just scrolling through, to get a small sample of the songs, and then hit Epona's Song at 01:27:38 and I find myself crying. It's like it opened me up inside to reveal the stress, anxiety, and depression I've been holding inside. Music is a beautiful form a therapy. I hope anyone that reads this is doing well. I hope the best for you. This is all so stressful, and no one is an expert on how to handle the mess that we're in, but I hope you have the strength, courage, and wisdom to find yourself on top.
My grandpa died today and i dont know why but most of these songs remind me of him. Probably because I used to play these games around him in the house. I miss you grandpa!! Love you!
There was this girl I had a crush on in high school who loved zelda, and we became good friends, but things didn't work out in the end. She moved away now and we're both starting our careers and moving on to jobs and such. Her favorite game was Wind Waker, and whenever I hear zelda music, especially from that game it reminds me of her... it makes me a little sad but there's always hope I can see her again :)
Legend of Zelda has been with me ever since I was three years of age. I'm now only 14 but it feels like I've matured living life at its best, coming home to play ocarina of time to then learn many of its songs on piano mastering them simply because of my love for these games. They're not even games to me anymore, they're more beautiful than that, much much more. They are a friend, a therapist, a storyteller and a damn masterpiece that makes up a massive part of one's life. Zelda is a work of art. Zelda is... Amazing.
Is nobody going to talk about how amazing that Astral Observatory Cover is? It literally brought me to tears while reading the comments. I miss the times where I didn't have to worry or stress out about school and It was just me and my games. I would every Zelda game for hours straight leaving everything behind. I felt like I had started a new life. A better life whenever I played Zelda. Thank you for this video.
I'm trying to Shazam that song right now actually but it didn't work on it. I guess I'll have to track the song down another way. It is truly amazing. I agree. I have actually not played many of the zelda games but I really admire the music and one day I would like to play the games. It's never too late right? We learn so many lessons trying to escape from life then learning to appreciate what we have and looking forward to brighter days.
I was reading a Zelda manga as I was listening to this, and the music got intense when things got exciting and calm when there was a peaceful scene. It was amazing.
I’ve always held a pretty deep connection between Zelda games and my childhood. Though I’ve not played many admittedly, I will always remember watching my mom and sister play through them. I will always love the world, story and characters. I will always love cheering my sister on as she defeats Calamity Ganon, help my mom look for the ghost ship, fall in love with the art style for Twilight princess... These games mean a lot to me even though I’ve not been a dedicated player.
Im really young and i have played only three Zelda games botw links awakening and The first one i want to play The other games but i dont have much money and time

I’ve only played snippets of ocarina of time and wind waker but I know exactly what you mean. Watching my older brothers play the games has a special place in my heart.
You stay home in a rainy day You read a book with your lamp And you listen to these songs You'll have a wonderful day even if that day you feel extremely bad :>
Even though I don’t know Link’s awakening very well. The cover of the windfish ballad brought tears to my eyes. Although they never left my eyes. Truth is, I’ve been using this video here and there to sometimes help me sleep if I feel a bit restless as i’m also doing whilst writing this. I’m a sucker for MOST not all but MOST 3D Zelda’s and the franchizes Music in and of itself. And anytime i Ever hear any sort of Zelda’s lullaby fancover i’m always ready to cry
I've probably always listened to Zelda Music, from my childhood to this one day, these one helping me forgetting about my solitude when I was young, and know helping me to hold myself in the train of the school. Listening back all theses music just make me feel at the time so good and nostalgic.... And it even comes with a twist ! Thank you so much for creating this, thank to everybody who participated creating theses songs, and I want you all to know that you've been a part of my life for a long time, and you'll stay a part of it for an even longer time.... :)
My friend died Oct 2019 we loved playing Zelda together. He would always get me out of a sticky situation in the game. Water temple fire temple. Tom help me! Rip my best friend Tomas Paul rigby. Hope your with your mum and dad playing ocarina of time 1987- 2019
Probably will just be one cover of one relaxing song. But that's still a pass because, as biggie cheese stated it, yes it is the ultimate challenge, and I'd be satisfied if that was the case.
I’m listening to this while practicing my drawing for my college portfolio. This music will play in my head if I get accepted into the program. Wish me luck!! 🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀
I don't like how it deviates from the original song tho. Listen to the original and you'll see they completely messed up the second half. It sucks because the rest of the remix is freaking beautiful
Good choice using the ending of ocarina of time's theme as the final Song. Also this entire track made me almost tear up out of pear nostalgia. I remember listening to all these songs while playing the games and just getting pulled into the story completely and falling asleep while playing them just to wake up to the song still playing because the console never turned off. I grew up on the legend of zelda and fire emblem, and this brought me back really hard. Thank you for making this.
Imagine the guardian theme in the middle or any other boss from the Zelda games of the video and everyone would be switched from relaxed to stressed in just a moment...can't stop think about it (sorry if there are mistakes I'm from Germany)
This music immediately strikes the deepest of heartstrings of mine and I have no idea why. It's simply beautiful what an amazing time to be alive to witness these great achievements of humanity who knows the boundless things yet to be discovered in the known cosmos
Omg I'm 7 minutes in and I'm already obsessed with this video!!! 😍 I listen to a thousand legend of Zelda relaxing videos, but I've never come across one as beautiful as this!!! You've outdone yourself, thank you for this master piece ❤️ I don't know why I never discovered it sooner ❤️
This is exactly the Zelda lofi playlist I was looking for. I saw a comment saying a lot of other mixes are full of BOTW, and I kind of agree with that. This is what I need to hear when I’m under my weighted blanket. Thank you kind person for this.
I always get so emotional when I hear these songs, and I'm happy and sad at the same time. Idk how this is possible but you made it possible. Thank you! I kind of want to cry
I just love how you include link's awakening songs, it's so beautiful. Link's awakening was the game that got me interested in Zelda and the first Zelda game I played and these songs remind me of how amazing the Legend of Zelda is.
What a wonderful soundtrack.... It reminds me of my childhood and it brings tears to my eyes so often 😢🥺, I associate so many, beautiful memories with Zelda . When I was 8 years old, my parents and I played Ocarina of time together on the Nintendo 64. We always took turns, solved the many secrets together and had so much fun! That was over 20 years ago, my father passed away a few years ago 😔🕯and when I hear those beautiful melodies I am transported back in time. It's so much more than just a videogame to me, it's love and just such a big part of me. 💚💚💚
I like how everything is so very familiar yet very well composed to sound artistically unique to the audience. The audience gets the opportunity to hear these compositions from a new perspective, a new composer.
Yeah I appreciate this comment very much. I just told my wife the other day that our lives have significantly shifted since basically September 2019. It is like we were phased into a disguised Dark World.
@@archmdc370 There used to he a time when people loved one another. Now it seems all the villains from the video games of our past are controlling everything. Meanwhile the heros are all home sad and depressed because they miss when the world was worth fighting for. My fiance is most likely going to walk out to the first song in this video at our wedding. Or a sad version of Pallet Town from Pokémon.
@@Twin-Nick Congrats on your soon to be marriage! Yeah, I know it. Chivalry, wisdom, and fortitude along with loyalty, charity, and good will all seem to have been replaced by power hungry, money loving, destructive behaviors, complacency, and basically many just giving up. Things like this Zelda music is not only nostalgic and beautiful but also reminds us of what was...and really should remind us if who we also are. The good we performed to defeat evil in the games is the same stance to which we should do everything that we can in our adult lives. If it is missing in the world, like you said love is missing, then we must provide it. If there is suffering, then we must bring the specific care. We all have our own unique Triforce (charisms of the Holy Spirit) abilities meant to help others. Truly, we can make a difference even if it is just one person. Start small and let it spread. "To whom much is given, much is expected." "To whom much is forgiven, much is loved." "Love one another as I have loved you."
Dude, what are you talking about? What decade are you talking about? What century are you talking about? There was NEVER a time when "people loved one another." You miss the "old world?" Where is the location of this "old world?" Where is this Shangri-La/Utopia? It's a fantasy in your head, like Zelda. Stop with the made-up reminisces and hyperbole. @@Twin-Nick
Me too. Even heroes get tired. I can almost imagine Link and Zelda listening to this while they're sleeping peacefully together under a large tree in Hyrule Field.
@@jmacc9876 I've listened to this song a few months ago (Fox Amoore's original video). Though I didn't already played Link's Awakening (but I'll buy it when I'll be able), I've wroted this comment : Damn! This was amazing!
I never played zelda games.. but these soundtracks are so peaceful and are so beautiful that it makes me want to play zelda games even though i suck at video games lol. I always listen to this soundtrack to help me focus on my school work online. Thanks!
I remember being in school when I was 11-16 and doing typing tests and even though the test was boring everytime I did it, it felt so magic just listening to the oot soundtrack and just imagining the wonderful world of Hyrule but at lunch times I would sit in a room with some socially awkard people and they were all friends, it was great to see them all having fun and they were all talking about the newst game... Skyrim but sadly I wasn't allowed to play the game so I would just play oot over and over and walk around just roleplaying and voice characters being fully immersed not even actually doing what I was supposed to it was fun and now here I am listing to this playlist at 1am wiating for a friend to respond to me hoping she is ok while being immersed in the land of Hyrule one more. Thank you for uploading this it means a lot to me :)
I just remembered that when I did actually play the game my parents used to be gamers and would always help me but sadly they no longer game as it made them angry and they get bored
Zelda is my favorite game franchise hands down there is nothing like a Zelda game they are so beautiful and filled with amazing music these songs all remind me of loved ones I've lost and friends j no longer talk to so hearing them is sometimes hard but they always tend to calm me down
I know I'm not the only one coming back to your playlist at least a few times a week. It heals me, help me dealing with anxiety, anger, sadness... Thank you so much for this !
When Link finally has ten minuets to finally have a nap...This music really helps me to focus when I write. Especially Sheik's lullaby, and Gate of Time with how soft the piano is
Everything comes back like the ocean when your listening and breathing to this soundtrack. Are these tears of sorrow or happiness 🤔 I can't help but laugh 😆
Listening to this and watching clouds drift by in a pale blue sky out my window! Zelda music and plots are such beautiful art! I sometimes forget. I am at peace after a long day.
This music is so perfect for working on school work. It always reminds me of the hours I have spend playing Zelda. Thank you so much for putting it together. It's one of my favorite Zelda playlists.
@@purplemavis7081 ye you could say so i writing historys in school and while i writing i listen to this music. Delice is my favorite RUclipsr that does music.

I'm sorry for you

I'm sorry for your loss, I hope I'm not out of line when I say this but you had a good Mom, you not only had someone special but you have something special that nothing can take away.
May your mom rest in peace🙏
She will continue watching over you from up above now💕

My wife walked down the isle at our wedding to the first song 🥰 magical
We had the Fairy Fountain music playing when we signed the marriage book thing too.
Kakariko is an amazing choice for a wedding song!
omg that's so beautiful! I love the idea of that
Hope you had a perfect wedding day.
That choice for that moment sounds wonderful.

As soon as this started playing, all I could think is: this is why the piano is a timeless instrument.
and there is also a lot of violin as well.
ooh dramatic
I don't even know what that's supposed to mean. The piano is fairly recent invention (18th century) and isn't used that much anymore (*really*, it's way less important and popular than it once was). Most piano music is made on a synth, which is probably also true of this video, or entirely in software.
I can play the entire star wars theme song on the piano. The melody, not all the additional music that would make it more spectacular. I've got the long bony alien fingers for it. Useful for other things too. 😏
Not that I've ever done anything with anyone sigh forever alone nobody likes you at any age I including 23.

I truly don't think people...realize how much Video Games; their stories, soundtrack, and lessons you learn in them can really impact people. Especially in our youth. Oot, Majora, so many more taught me this world isn't about me, it is about everyone in it. This playlist took me back to these thoughts. Many thanks for this!

and the kids of today who grew up with games of today have turned into shit excuses of human beings with the whole "but what about me" thing
That is what makes the games more than what they are, why they mean something.
deeeeeep
what a beautiful way to describe it
Mono no aware - "a Japanese term for the awareness of impermanence or transience of things, and both a transient gentle sadness (or wistfulness) at their passing as well as a longer, deeper gentle sadness about this state being the reality of life." (wikipedia)
Given this phenomenon, I believe it's important we live presently and try to find the positives of every day life.
Those words are as perfect together as the pieces of the triforce, encapsulating the very essence of the game. So wonderfully put. 👏🏽
was just scrolling through, to get a small sample of the songs, and then hit Epona's Song at 01:27:38 and I find myself crying.
I wish you strength! I know it's hard but everything will be fine. Jesus knows you. 💙

She is with other guy, i am so sorry master.
That‘s wonderfull. To have a connection like this. I bet she is thinking about you when she hears these songs
You should call her or send her a message, that would be so sweet! Maybe you guys could meet up again :)
Beautiful story.
This is so beautiful....who else came to tears?
Zelda"s lullaby got me, reminded me how it made me feel as a kid to play oot for the first time. I miss these simpler times
I would if I'm having a bad day & needed to listen to relaxing music like this then I would cry or if I'm making up a story with a sad part
Zelda is... Amazing.
This got me through high school. Thank you. Now I hope it gets me through college.
I believe in you!
People who never played the Zelda games are really missing out.

I’ve always held a pretty deep connection between Zelda games and my childhood. Though I’ve not played many admittedly, I will always remember watching my mom and sister play through them. I will always love the world, story and characters.
I came in to this thinking it would be songs taken from the actual games, but these covers are actually a lot nicer than I expected.
"To whom much is given, much is expected."
"To whom much is forgiven, much is loved."
"Love one another as I have loved you."
@@Twin-Nick
